Payment Terms

Full payment before activities.
All Payments must be done in USD through the bank details provided below: -

i) Deposit Payment
-The deposit is 20% of the total booking amount.
-Deposit can be paid either via a bank transfer, Wire Transfer, or an online card payment [Link or online card payment: https://payments.pesapal.com/riobasafaris
-A 3.5% fee is applicable on all card payments (payment gateway charges), this is non-refundable.
-All payments can be made easily by Card Payment, Wire transfer, Bank Transfer, Wise
Method, or Revolut Money Transfer.
ii)Balance Payment
-Cash can be paid on arrival (USD printed in or after the year 2006)
-Balance can also be paid via bank or Wire transfer, online card payment, or with cash.
-Bank payment can be made 7 days before the tour date (recommended 7 days prior).
-Card Payment can be done 1 day before the tour date (recommended 48hrs days prior).
5. Cancellation Policy and Fee.

5.1. Cancellation by YOU
• Up to 50 days before the safari date - no fee.
• 20 days to 14 days before the safari date - 40% fee.
• 14 days to 7 days before the safari date - 65% fee.
• 7 days to 48 hours before the safari date -75% fee.
• 48 hours before the safari date or for a no-show - 100% fee.

5.2. Cancellation by US
• In the unlikely event of us canceling your tour for any reason, a 100% refund of any payments already made by you to us shall follow.

6. Changes Made by the Company
While we do our best to ensure that your tour goes as planned, situations may arise (e.g., parts of the planned route becoming inaccessible due to poor weather conditions or Car Breakdown) requiring us to change your itinerary. Though rare, such cases are not to be ruled out and we shall endeavor to inform you of them promptly.
• In case of a Breakdown Replacement will be made immediately to make sure you proceed with your safari
• In case there is no Availability in a Hotel Room we will replace your accommodation with another one of the same qualities with pre-informed.

Changes because of third parties
• The Company shall not be liable for any delay, disruption, damage or loss outside of our reasonable control. These may include – but are not limited to – third-party actions, flight delays, and any events of a force majeure nature.
• You or your insurance company will be liable to cover any expenses, such as extra accommodation and transportation expenses, caused by such change or disruption.



Amendments by you
If you wish to change your itinerary after a deposit has been made, we will do our utmost to make the changes required, if notification is received in writing or email.
