Cancellations and Refunds

3.2. Cancellations by African Bush Cats Ltd: We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances or if the minimum number of participants is not met. In such cases, we will offer an alternative tour or provide a full refund.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all clients have comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings. African Bush Cats Ltd is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred during the tour.
Health and Medical Considerations
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically fit for the tour and have any necessary vaccinations or medications. Please inform us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements at the time of booking.

7.2. Client-Requested Changes: If you wish to make changes to your tour, additional charges may apply, and changes are subject to availability.
Safety and Conduct
8.1. Compliance: Clients are expected to comply with local laws and regulations, as well as follow safety instructions provided by our guides and staff.
8.2. Responsible Travel: We encourage responsible travel practices, such as respecting local cultures and environments, reducing waste, and conserving resources.
Liability
African Bush Cats Ltd is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delay incurred during the tour, unless it is due to our negligence. We recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen events.
Complaints
If you have a complaint during your tour, please inform our guide or representative immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue. If your complaint remains unresolved, please provide written feedback within 30 days of the tour's conclusion.
