TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Cancellation and Reduction in Number Policy:
a) For accommodation cancelled or reduced in number between 90 and 76 days from noon on the date of accommodation, 20% of the total costs will be charged.
b) For accommodation cancelled or reduced in number between 75 and 66 days from noon on the date of accommodation, 50% of the total costs will be charged.
c) For accommodation cancelled or reduced in number between 65 days and a no show, 100% of the total costs will be charged.
d) During peak season a non refundable 60% deposit must be made to confirm booking and balance payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Prices:
Rates are subject to change without prior notice; however, rates quoted for
confirmed booking will be honoured.
Park Entrance Fees:
National Reserve and Park Entrance Fees are not included and should be paid directly to the Reserve or Park authorities.
Kenya Residents:
As National Reserve or Park authorities & hotel policies require proof of Kenya Residency clients are advised to travel with identification to establish their residency
Children:
Children’s rates are only applicable for children between 2 and 12 years when sharing a tent/room with an adult. Infants under 2 years stay free.
Children in their own room pays 75% of the adult rate
Insurance:
PINE TOURS SOLUTIONS accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or injury to person(s) whether fatal or otherwise, or to their personal effects, arising from whatsoever cause. It is expected that guests shall have effected their own insurance cover against any normal risks associated with overseas/ local travel.
