Terms and conditions
a) Booking confirmation:
To confirm the safari booking it is necessary to pay a deposit of 50% of the total price and send copy of passports.
The balance of the reservation must be paid 15 days before the safari
b) Cancellation conditions:
• up to 45 days before, a penalty equal to 20% of the total amount will be applied
• between 45 and 15 days a penalty equal 40% of the total amount will be applied
• 15 days before the safari, only the parkfee will be refunded ( variable based on the park in which the safari takes place and the number of game drive days foreseen by the program)
In the event that Mafanikio Company is unable to make safari due to conditions that were not foreseeable at the time of booking ( for example adverse weather conditions that don’t allow the departure or landing of the plane)
- it is decided in agreement with the customer on which day the safari can be rescheduled.
- In case of real and proven impossibility of rescheduling the safari, Mafanikio Company, will refund the total price.
