**Zangada Safaris Terms and Conditions**
**Cancellation Policy:**
1. **Full Refund with Six Weeks' Notice:** Zangada Safaris understands that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate our clients' needs. Therefore, if you cancel your safari booking at least six weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund of your payment, minus any non-refundable fees as outlined below.
2. **Cancellation Within Six Weeks:** If you cancel your booking less than six weeks but more than two weeks before your scheduled arrival date, you will be eligible for a partial refund of 50% of your total payment, minus any non-refundable fees.
3. **Cancellation Within Two Weeks:** Cancellations made within two weeks of your scheduled arrival date are not eligible for a refund. However, we may consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis, subject to our discretion.
4. **Non-Refundable Fees:** Please note that certain fees, such as bank charges, administrative fees, and non-refundable deposits paid to third-party suppliers, may not be refundable regardless of the cancellation notice period.
**Booking Modifications:**
1. **Date Changes:** We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, necessitating changes to your travel dates. If you wish to modify your booking and reschedule your safari to an alternative date, we will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Any changes to your booking may be subject to additional fees or charges.
2. **Guest Substitution:** If you are unable to travel as planned, you may substitute another guest in your place, provided that you notify us of the change in advance and the substitute guest meets all the necessary requirements for participation in the safari.
**Force Majeure:**
1. **Unforeseen Circumstances:** In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or travel restrictions imposed by government authorities, Zangada Safaris reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings as necessary. In such cases, we will make every effort to offer alternative arrangements or provide a refund, subject to any non-refundable fees or expenses incurred.
**Payment Terms:**
1. **Deposit:** A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking with Zangada Safaris. The remaining balance is due according to the payment schedule specified in your booking confirmation.
2. **Payment Methods:** We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed-upon methods. Please note that additional fees may apply for certain payment methods.
