1. All reservations are accepted subject to the provisions of Eden Africa Tours And Safaris Reservation Ordinance, and the regulations promulgated there
under, as amended.
2. New tariffs are applicable from November each year. Quotes are based on the current tariff, differences to be settled on arrival in the country.
3.The board reserves the right to amend tariffs and levies without prior notice.
4. Refunds on or after the arrival date will be processed by the Head Office on recommendation from the Head Office.
5.Refund of bookings prior to arrival date will be charged a cancellation fee as follows:

7. Visitors shall inform the Reservations office in Johannesburg of changes to their reservations.
8. The total number of people may under no circumstances exceed the total number of indicated on this
advice form. In larger units or campsites a
maximum of 2 children (06 years & under) may stay free once the base rate is met, thereafter a
supplementary fee is payable for additional children.
9. Specific accommodation units, campsites or requests cannot always be guaranteed. Allocations will be done by the respective resorts.
10. You are advised to take precautions against malaria before, during and after your visit to reserves before starting activities or during your stay. Please
consult your doctor/ Pharmacist.
11. Guests can check in after 14h00. All units need to be vacated before 11h00 on the departure date.
