Terms and Conditions
Prices:
All prices include expenses outlined in the itineraries. Transport, transfers, excursions, and tours will be conducted using our safari vehicles, which include 4x4 wheel drives, safari minibuses, and saloon cars.
Bookings:
A deposit of 50% of the safari cost is required for booking, due no later than 30 days before the safari date. Full payment must be made before the safari commences.
Safari Orientations:
Unless specified as private, clients may share safari facilities with others. Clients are encouraged to embrace the cultural diversity and enjoy the shared experience as part of the adventure.
Changes in Itineraries:
While we typically adhere to the itinerary sequence, the company reserves the right to make alterations due to weather conditions, road works, high-season congestion, or unforeseen circumstances. Clients requesting changes to the agreed itinerary must do so through our office. The company is not liable for any changes or agreements made directly between clients and safari guides outside our office.
Cancellation:
Cancellation fees apply as follows:
No show: 100% of safari cost
1-7 days prior: 75%
7-14 days prior: 50%
Above 14 days prior: 25%
Liability:
Passengers' liability during transfers, excursions, and tours is governed by Kenyan law, with all claims subject to Kenyan courts. While we take utmost care, the company is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings. Clients are advised to arrange relevant insurance and utilize our safe deposit facilities for valuables.
Sub-Contract:
The company reserves the right to subcontract any part or the entire safari. In such cases, all terms and conditions outlined herein apply.
