➢The payment for the tours shall be on Connected Holidays, Tour and Safaris account 30 days before arrival.
➢The booking for the Hotel is followed by that Hotels policy for payment, refunds and cancellation.
➢Insurance is not covered in the package.
➢Connected Holidays, Tour and Safaris does not hold any responsibility for additional costs or adjustments that may arise as a result of events beyond our control, such as technical problems with means of transportation, changes imposed by rescheduling or cancellations, natural disasters, weather. Also, any subsequent increase in the cost, which may arise from the increase in fuel price, government taxes, etc.
➢We shall have no legal liability for any loss, damage or personal injury arising directly or indirectly from any aspect of your holiday.
➢ The terms and conditions of the service provider govern a journey undertaken by air, land or sea.
➢The guest booking our services is expected to provide a valid identity, authentication the person and you shall not make a reservation in a fictitious name.
➢In the unfortunate event of a vehicle breakdown, we will provide you with an alternative vehicle. However, the time loss due to the event will not be compensated.
➢In case of any immigration/Visa complications, the cancellation policy shall be applicable in full.
