A deposit of 70% is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 45 days before commencement of the arrangements. If the reservation is made within 45 days of departure the total amount is required at the time of confirmation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. In the event of confirmed booking being cancelled up to 45 days prior to arrival, 20% of the total bill will be payable.
2. In the event of booking cancelled between 30 and 35 days prior to arrival, 40% of the total charge will be payable
3. In the event of booking cancelled between 20 and 25 days prior to arrival, 75% of the total charge will be payable.
4. In the event of booking cancelled between 15 days to NO SHOW, 100% of the total bill will be payable.
NOTE: Any client who is unable to travel because of any global problem like covid-19 reasons will not be penalized and instead a credit note will be issued to allow him/her take a similar trip within a year if the situation has improved. Client will be required to pay prize difference at the time of travel whereas park fees, Government tax or hotel rate has increased.
