Pupal Tours and Safaris – Tour Booking Terms & Conditions
KEY POINT TO NOTE:
Accommodation is based on two persons sharing twin room. Where possible rooms with private bath are
requested. Single rooms are available at an additional cost.
We do not guarantee single rooms particularly for a request of more than two single rooms with private
bath.
Hotel/lodges are categorized as an indication of class and rooms may be reserved at similar hotels/lodges
PAYMENTS:
-A deposit of 50% is required on bookings of any tour arrangement; the balance is to be paid 30 days before commencement of the tour.
-Payment in full is required where bookings are made less than 30 days before the tour begins.
-The deposit may be forfeited in case of cancellations and amendments.
-Payments can be made by: Bank wire transfer or Credit cards
TOUR PRICE:
-The price quoted is inclusive of transportation according to the itinerary.
-Full board meal plan on accommodation in lodges, half board on Beach hotels and Bed and breakfast on city hotels
-Tour prices do not include visa fees, local departure taxes, and any excess baggage charges, tipping and items of personal nature for example drinks, laundry and telephone calls.
-Rates are subject to change depending on the prevailing tariffs.
ALTERATION TO TOURS:
-The company reserves the right to alter arrangements of the route or to cancel the operation of a scheduled tour should conditions necessitate.
-It also reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any tour at any time, in which even an equitable amount will be refunded.
LIABILITY:
-Bookings are accepted on the condition that Pupal Tours and its agents acts as agents for the passenger in hotel/lodge accommodation, transport and tours and will not be liable for loss, delay, injury, accident or damage arising when the passenger is being carried in transport owned by the company.
-The company owns the right to subcontract the service agreed to be supplied, wholly or partially, in the event in which the company liability clause shall apply.
The respective laws of the country govern the liability to the company transportation.
-Other claims are subject to the jurisdiction courts in the country in which the cause arises.
The company accepts no liability, whatsoever for loss, theft or damage to the clients’ baggage; however, utmost care will be used while handling the same. Baggage insurance is highly recommended.
SPECIAL REQUESTS:
-All special requests must be notified in writing when the booking is made.
-This may include single rooms, diet, infants, physically challenged persons etc. whilst the company will endeavor to meet such requests they cannot be guaranteed and failure to fulfill will not be in breach of contract.
COMPLAINTS:
-It’s the sincere hope of this company that our clients will not encounter any problems during their holiday. However, should any arise please immediately advise any of our staff of the service in question, as most of the problems can be resolved straightaway.
-The company will accept only complaints notified in accordance with this clause.
