Reservation Confirmation:
A deposit of 20% of the total package cost is required to confirm your booking.
Final Payment:
The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before the start of your tour or in cash upon arrival (if prearranged).
Late Bookings:
For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the Client:
60+ days before departure: Full refund minus administrative fees.
30-59 days before departure: 50% refund of the total package cost.
Less than 30 days before departure: No refund.
Cancellation by Kilimanjaro Bliss:
In rare cases where cancellations are necessary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political instability), we will offer a full refund or an alternative itinerary.
