Terms and Conditions for Packwego Africa Tours Limited.
Welcome to Packwego Africa Tours Limited.By booking a tour with us,you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.Please read them carefully before proceeding with your reservation.

1.Booking and Reservation.
All bookings with Packwego Africa Tours Limited must be made through our authorized agents,or by contacting the personnel handling your safari.A 30% deposit of the total tour cost is required to confirm your booking,with the balance due one week prior to departure.If you need to change your booking ,please notify us at least 30 days before your tour.We will try to accommodate changes,but additional charges may apply.
2.Payment Terms.
Payments for tours can be made through the available payment methods;bank transfer and credit card payments.
3.Cancellations and Refunds.
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to departure,will receive a full refund minus a cancellation fee of administrative fees.If we cancel a tour for reasons beyond your control,you will be offered a full refund or an alternative tour.We reserve the right to cancel or modify itineraries due to operational or unforeseen circumstances.eg weather conditions,political unrest.
4.Itinerary Changes.
While we make every effort to adhere to the planned itinerary,we reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary,accomodations.eg weather conditions,hotels being fully booked on the set travel dates.We will inform customers as soon as possible of any significant changes to the itinerary.
5.Travel Insurance.
Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellation,medical emergencies,lost luggage or travel delays.Packwego Africa Tours does not provide travel insurance and is not responsible for any incidents or expenses incurred due to lack of insurance.
6.Health and Safety.
It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they are in good health and able to undertake the activities included in the tour.Please consult a medical professional if you have any health concerns before travelling.Some destinations may require a yellow fever vaccine card.While we strive to ensure the comfort and safety of all our customers,participants must acknowledge the inherent risks involved in travel and tour activities,and follow the instructions of our guides and staff.
7.Visas and Travel Documents.
It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have the appropriate travel documents;including a valid passport,visa and any required vaccinations.Packwego Africa Tours Limited will not be responsible for any travel issues arising from incorrect or missing documentation.
8.Privacy and Data Protection.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.
