Terms and Conditions for Fly Lounge Travel & Tours

1. Booking and Confirmation
1.1. A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of a deposit (as specified in your quote) and written acknowledgment from Fly Lounge Travel & Tours.
1.2. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the start of the tour, as per the payment terms stated in the invoice. Failure to pay the balance may result in the cancellation of your booking.

2. Payment Terms
2.1. Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or any other mutually agreed method.
2.2. All payments must be made in the currency specified in your invoice, and any bank charges or fees are the client’s responsibility.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1. Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following charges:
- More than 60 days before departure: 10% of the total tour cost.
- 30–60 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost.
- Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of the total tour cost.
3.2. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request, less applicable charges.

4. Amendments
4.1. Requests for amendments to bookings must be made in writing and will be accommodated where possible. Additional costs resulting from changes will be borne by the client.

5. Travel Insurance
5.1. All clients are required to have comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, loss of personal belongings, and other potential risks. Fly Lounge Travel & Tours will not be held liable for any claims arising from insufficient or lack of insurance coverage.

6. Liability
6.1. Fly Lounge Travel & Tours acts as an agent for independent suppliers such as hotels, lodges, airlines, and transportation providers. While we take every care to choose reputable suppliers, we are not liable for any delays, cancellations, or service failures beyond our control.
6.2. Clients participate in all activities at their own risk. Fly Lounge Travel & Tours shall not be held responsible for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the tour.

7. Force Majeure
7.1. Fly Lounge Travel & Tours shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, pandemics, or other unforeseen events that may disrupt travel plans.

8. Health and Safety
8.1. Clients are responsible for ensuring they meet all health and vaccination requirements for travel to Tanzania.
8.2. Clients must inform Fly Lounge Travel & Tours of any medical conditions or dietary requirements at the time of booking.

9. Code of Conduct
9.1. Clients are expected to respect local customs, laws, and the environment. Disrespectful or harmful behavior may result in the termination of the tour without a refund.

10. Complaints
10.1. Any complaints must be reported to your tour guide or Fly Lounge Travel & Tours immediately during the tour. If not resolved, complaints should be submitted in writing within 14 days of the tour’s conclusion.

11. Governing Law
11.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tanzania.

12. Acceptance of Terms
12.1. By confirming a booking with Fly Lounge Travel & Tours, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
