1. Booking Policy
• Reservation Confirmation: A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 50% of the total tour cost. The balance is payable no later than 30 days before the start of the tour.
• Late Bookings: For bookings made within 30 days of the tour start date, full payment is required at the time of reservation.
• Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods listed on our website.
• Booking Modifications: Changes to your booking (e.g., travel dates, itinerary) are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

2. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while protecting our ability to plan and deliver exceptional tours. Cancellation charges depend on how far in advance the cancellation is made:
• More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
• 30 to 59 days before departure: Refund of 50% of the total tour cost.
• 15 to 29 days before departure: Refund of 25% of the total tour cost.
• 14 days or less before departure: No refund.

3. No-Show Policy
• If a guest fails to appear for the tour without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

4. Force Majeure
Josero Tours and Safaris is not liable for cancellations or changes due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or political unrest. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule your tour or offer a credit for future travel.

5. Refund Process
• Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
• Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the booking unless otherwise agreed.
