TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Africa Mulimi Safaris
These terms and conditions govern all safari bookings with Africa Mulimi Safaris. By confirming a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. BOOKING & PAYMENT
1.1 Reservation Process
A booking is confirmed once a deposit is received.
Clients must provide full names, passport details, and any special requirements.
1.2 Payment Terms
A 30% deposit is required to secure a booking.
The remaining 70% must be paid at least 30 days before departure.
If booking within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
1.3 Payment Methods
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or mobile money.
Any transaction fees must be covered by the client.
2. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
2.1 Cancellation by Client
More than 60 days before departure – Full refund minus administrative fees.
30-59 days before departure – 50% refund of the total safari cost.
Less than 30 days before departure – No refund.
2.2 Cancellation by Africa Mulimi Safaris
If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, security concerns), clients will receive a full refund or alternative safari options.
3. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Clients must have a valid passport, visa, and travel insurance.
Africa Mulimi Safaris is not responsible for denied entry due to missing documents.
4. SAFARI EXPERIENCE
4.1 Wildlife Sightings
Wildlife viewing is unpredictable, and we do not guarantee sightings of specific animals.
4.2 Health & Safety
Clients must follow the guide’s instructions at all times.
Africa Mulimi Safaris is not liable for injuries, loss of belongings, or personal accidents.
5. RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILITY
We ensure quality services but are not liable for delays, natural disasters, or third-party failures (e.g., airlines, hotels).
We reserve the right to alter itineraries for safety or operational reasons.
6. DISPUTES & GOVERNING LAW
Any disputes will be resolved amicably; if unresolved, they will be handled under the laws of Tanzania.
