TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Booking and Payments
A deposit of 40% of the total safari cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Full payment must be received 10 days before the start of the safari. Payments can be made via a secured payment link, bank transfer, and cash. Any transaction fees are the client’s responsibility.
Cancellations and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be communicated through our official company email and cancellation charges may apply.
- 61 days or more before departure: 100% of the total booking cost (or full refund of deposit less any administrative fees).
- 31-60 days before departure: 60% of the total booking cost.
- 15-30 days before departure: 30% of the total booking cost.
- 14 days or less before departure: 100% of the total booking cost (no refund).
No refunds will be provided for:
- Early departures or missed activities.
- Services not utilized during the safari.
- No-shows on the start date.
Changes and Amendments
Changes to the itinerary by the client are subject to availability and may incur additional costs. Right Destination Safari reserves the right to amend the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, wildlife movements, or safety concerns.
Travel Insurance
It is the client's responsibility to ensure they have comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and personal belongings.
Health and Safety
All clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions before departure. Right Destination Safari ensures adherence to safety protocols during the trip.
Liability
Right Destination Safari is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused by third-party providers, including hotels, transport, or park services. The company is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or costs incurred due to natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
Wildlife Viewing
Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed as they are subject to natural movements and environmental conditions. Clients must follow the guide's instructions to ensure safety and conservation practices.
Visa and Travel Documentation
Clients are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and other travel documents. Right Destination Safari is not liable for any travel disruptions due to incorrect or incomplete documentation.
Age Restrictions
Children under 17 years must be accompanied by an adult. Specific activities may have additional age restrictions.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya.
