CANCELLATION POLICY:
Gorilla and primate trekking permits are flexible and can be rescheduled at any time with provision of the relevant support documents.
Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following cancellation fees:
For other activities invoiced, the client is entitled to:
100% refund if canceled a month prior to the trip.
85% refund if canceled between 1 to 3 weeks prior to the trip.
70% refund if canceled within one week prior to the trip.
No refund if canceled less than one week before the trip.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request.
Postponing the trip is free of charge and support documents for the reason of postponement must also be provided in this case. Factoring in seasons and availability.
Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellation, interruption, or medical emergencies.
It is the responsibility of the Agent/client to obtain adequate travel insurance coverage for the duration of the trip.
Changes and Amendments:
Changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
We reserve the right to modify the itinerary, accommodation, transportation, and other aspects of the trip due to circumstances beyond our control.
Clients are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and health certificates, and complying with all customs and immigration requirements. Where need be we will advise on how to purchase a visa and the necessary requirements.
