ASO Global Travel – Terms & Conditions
Welcome to ASO Global Travel! We are committed to providing personalized, seamless safari and travel experiences. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Confirmation
A deposit of 30–50% of the total tour cost is required to confirm your booking.
The balance must be paid at least 30 days before the start of the safari.
Bookings made within 30 days of travel must be paid in full at the time of confirmation.

2. Payments
Payments can be made via bank transfer,or card (as shared in our invoice).
All payments must reflect the exact amount quoted — bank charges, transfer fees, or currency fluctuations are the responsibility of the client.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing.
Cancellation charges:
60+ days before safari: 10% of the total cost
30–59 days before safari: 30%
15–29 days before safari: 50%
Less than 14 days before safari: No refund

4. Amendments
We will try our best to accommodate itinerary changes, subject to availability.
Any additional costs incurred due to changes will be communicated in advance and are payable by the client.

5. Travel Insurance
All clients must have comprehensive travel insurance, including medical coverage, trip cancellation, and personal liability.

6. Accommodation & Transport
Accommodation is based on availability and category selected (budget, mid-range, or luxury).
Transport will be provided in well-maintained safari vehicles with a professional driver/guide.

7. Health & Safety
Clients are responsible for ensuring they meet health requirements (e.g., vaccinations, medications).
Please disclose any chronic illness, allergies, or special needs at the time of booking.

8. Child Policy
Children of all ages are welcome on private safaris.
Age-specific rates and accommodations will be advised based on the itinerary and destination.

9. Force Majeure
ASO Global Travel is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or airline disruptions.

10. Responsibility
While we do our best to ensure smooth operations, ASO Global Travel acts only as an agent for hotels, transport providers, and other service suppliers and cannot be held liable for their actions.

11. Client Conduct
Clients are expected to behave respectfully to guides, staff, fellow travelers, and local communities.
Disrespectful or unsafe behavior may result in termination of the trip without a refund.

12. Marketing Consent
ASO Global Travel may use photographs or testimonials from your safari for promotional use unless you request otherwise .
