Welcome to Eshande Safari's! These terms and conditions govern all bookings and services provided by Eshande Safari’s for tours within Uganda.
1. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed once a deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is received.
Full payment must be made at least 14 days before the start of the tour.
Bookings made within 14 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.
2. Payment Methods
Payments can be made via bank transfer, mobile money, or cash.
All bank charges must be borne by the client.
3. Cancellation Policy
30 days or more before tour: 80% refund
15 to 29 days before tour: 50% refund
7 to 14 days before tour: 25% refund
Less than 7 days before tour: No refund
No refunds for no-shows or unused services once the tour has started.
4. Changes by the Client
Any changes to the itinerary must be communicated in writing.
Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
5. Changes by Eshande Safari’s
We reserve the right to make changes to itineraries due to weather, road conditions, or any unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of cancellation by Eshande Safari's, clients will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative tour of equal value.
6. Travel Insurance
All clients are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical, personal accident, loss of baggage, and trip cancellation.
7. Health & Safety
Clients are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and fit for the tour.
All medical conditions must be disclosed before booking.
Eshande Safari's complies with all health and safety regulations.
8. Liability
Eshande Safari's shall not be held liable for injury, illness, death, loss, or damage caused by acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
We are not responsible for the actions of third-party providers.
9. Wildlife & Environment
We promote responsible tourism. Clients are expected to respect wildlife, local communities, and the environment.
Feeding or harassing animals is strictly prohibited.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes shall be handled by Ugandan courts.
11. Photography & Media
Eshande Safari’s may use photos or videos taken during tours for promotional purposes unless clients request otherwise in writing.
12. Complaints
Any dissatisfaction should be reported immediately to the guide or management to allow for immediate resolution.
