Cancellations made within 10 days of the scheduled departure are not eligible for any refunds.
• 10 Days to 1 Year Before Departure: Cancellations made within this period are eligible for a credit note, which will be valid for one year from the cancellation date.
• Please note that all cancellations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee. Where applicable, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
5. Credit Notes
• Credit notes are issued for cancellations made 10 days to 1 year before departure.
• Credit notes are valid for one year from the date of issuance and can be transferred to another person with written notice.
• If the new booking is higher than the original, the price difference will be charged.
6. Refund Process
• Refunds, when applicable, will only be processed to the original payment method.
• Processing times for refunds may vary depending on the payment method and may take 7–14 business days.
• All refunds are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.
7. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or other situations beyond our control, we reserve the right to offer alternate solutions, such as rescheduling, issuing credit notes, or providing refunds where applicable and feasible.
