Are fully registered and have the required licenses to operate a tourism business according to the laws of the country (or countries) where it is incorporated.

Offer Tours to Specific Safari Countries
Offer tours to one (or more) of the following safari countries: Botswana, Comoros, Eswatini (formerly Swaziland), Ethiopia, Kenya, Lesotho, Madagascar, Malawi, Mauritius, Mayotte, Mozambique, Namibia, Réunion, Rwanda, Seychelles, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia and/or Zimbabwe.

Are Specialized in Africa
Are specialized in Africa and/or
- you are located in one of the 25 safari countries mentioned
- you have a specialized Africa department that has multiple employees who deal with Africa only.

Have an English Website/Section
Your company website is in English or it at least has an English section.

Can Offer Tours to Clients From All Countries
We only accept tour operators who are able to offer tours to clients from any country in the world. With the exception of clients from Cuba, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Russia, Belarus and the region of the Crimea because offering tours to clients from those countries would violate the sanction regimes of the US, EU, UK and/or UN.

Are not in any way affiliated with hunting safaris
We do not accept tour operators who are in any way affiliated with hunting safaris. This does not only apply to the tour operator itself, but also to its directors, direct and indirect/ultimate owners and any other company they manage, control or (partially or fully) own.
