Born at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro in Marangu, Elibariki Mamuya belongs to the “Wachagga” tribe and is very experienced in tourism. After graduating from high school, he began studying tourism management. During this time he received several diplomas. In 2001 Elibariki started as a freelance tour guide. He worked for well-known agencies and showed guests from all over the world the beauty of his country. In 2010 he founded his own company.
I'm Daniela Geier-Mamuya and I met my now husband in 2005 on a safari. The growing love for Elibariki made me give up my “old” life in Germany and start a “new” one in Tanzania. In Germany I worked as a model maker for well-known fashion labels.
