Our private fleet of vehicles are either in 7-seater or 4x4 custom safari minibuses with pop-up roof ideal for game viewing and sight seeing. The vehichles are regularly maintained to provide maximum level of comfort and safety and are outfitted with HF long range radios for easy communication. We provide our safaris with knowledgeable, professional drivers / Tour Guides who share their passion for the wildlife, animal behavior & the local fauna and flora. Most of our guides speak more than 3 international languages for instance. English, French, Germany, Spanish, Japanese, Russian, Chinese and other foreign languages.
Vessel Africa safari and tour prices are quoted in USD or EURO but we can accomodate any local currency. Prices are per person and offer special rates when travelling with a youth, children or infants, please note infants can travel for free when less that 2 years of age. Prices can be quoted based on all inclusive or non inclusive basis. We strongly endeavor to offer the best value for your money.
We do offer many different Safari Departures, according to our clients requests. Private Safaris do depart daily. Please provide us with your travel information during your first enquiry to help us understand what we can do to offer the best options.
Before you embark and start your Safari, Vessel Africa Consultants will meet you and brief you at either our local Office or in your local Hotel. This allows you to meet your driver/guide accompanying you on your entire Safari. We will also give you a detailed Safari program allowing an opportunity to ask questions, inquire further about the services or excursions.
We do recommend purchasing all inclusive travel insurance prior to departure with your local insurance providers. Flying Doctors Insurance can be obtained locally in Nairobi, for trips up to 2 weeks in length the insurance cost is approximately US$30.00 and for trips upto 1month the cost of the insurance is US$ 50.00. Please inquire further with our office about adding this to your file
This ensures evacuation ONLY by an air ambulance in the event of an emergency such as illness. The Flying Doctors Service does not cover medical treatment or hospitalization expenses.
