I am James Gesimba Gambares(THE LION NEVER SLEEP) the main DIRECTOR OF HAMMERCOP TOURS LIMITED from Mara region. I born in 1981 at Serengeti District in Mara region-TANZANIA.I am a mountain Guide since the end of 2006 and Safaris guide. I started as a porter to carry the luggage for two years. After that I started thinking to be a guide. In 2005 Kilimanjaro National Park announced that they need 240 Guides. It is where I applied while 1267 people were applied. We did an interview but thanks God I passed their interview. And only 240 guides were needed.We went the class for several weeks then practical on the mountain for 7 days. After that we did exams then I passed their exams for scored 76% theory exams and 100% practical.
I started working different Companies for sharing experience while I was thinking to having my own Company. Suddenly I thanks God I make it to have my own company. This is because I learnt different things from other Guides, porters and clients how they get treatment and services. It was really painful when I saw the porters treated humiliated and oppressed with some guide. I was not happy to see that, that is also the big reason for me to think open my own company.
My big aim to open the company is after I did some my own research in the societies and I find that many parents are not able to afford to help their family and children to bring them at school. My next plan after my company grown up is to open the school for all unable children so as they can go to school too for a small amount to contribution. Also to open Orphanage and widow center. For anyone who will be attached with this issue he/she can contact with me directly and we will discuss how will help our societies.
Frankly speaking, many people are really needs help/aid but there is some people also who is willing to help but they do not know how they will start or find those people who are in needs. Let’s put our hands together for a willing of God to help some of them even if they will not be all.
