Nyasi is a Swahili word for 'Grass'. Nyasi Adventure is a tour operations firm residing in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, formed by the two enthusiastic Tanzanian partners who have worked in the industry for a decade. Nyasi specializes mostly in safaris and tour operations on the Southern and Western circuits of Tanzania. We offer different safari activities from camping to mobile camping, lodges and hotels, game drives, hiking, walking and boat safaris. The parks of the southern circuit are enormous and beautiful, offering a more remote wildlife experience in a very unique setting. The Selous, Ruaha, Mikumi, Udzungwa Mountains, Saadani and Kitulo. In the southern circuit also is where where you can find the famous historical sites with well preserved cultural ruins whe you visit Kilwa Masoko, Kilwa Kivinje and the Town of Bagamoyo.
On the other hand, the western circuit is the home to some of the Africa's last remaining wild chimpanzees. Trekking the chimps is the major activity in the circuit's two famous attractions, The Gombe Stream and Mahale Mountains national parks - the latter borders the world's longest and second deepest lake - Lake Tanganyika. Though Nyasi Adventure specializes its operations in southern and western circuits, we also organize safaris for the northern circuit of Tanzania which covers attractions like Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Mkomazi, Tarangire and not leaving behind Zanzibar (islands and beaches).
