The company began as a small enterprise but has grown over the years into a leading tours and travel company in East Africa.

VISION The vision of Arrive Africa Safaris is to develop an excellent owned tour company with unique international partnerships and networks in the whole east African region. Arrive Africa Safaris seeks to provide quality services to its customers and promote the image of East Africa as a tourism destination.

MISSION To provide quality tours, safaris as well as guiding services across Uganda and the entire East African Region. Arrive Africa safaris designs tailor made tour packagesthat suits our client’s budget as well as pre designed group tours. However, this doesn’t limit our guests to design their personal packages with the help of our skilled safari consultants.

SALES & MARKETING Arrive Africa Safaris works with Association of Uganda Tour Operators and Uganda Wildlife Authority in order to guarantee quality service, consistency and flexibility addition, the company is at the forefront of marketing Uganda and strives to expand its international collaborations.

STAFF Arrive Africa Safaris team is made up of 10 capable office staff and the qualified driver/ Guides as well as tour leaders, who possess the requisite academic qualifications and years of valuable experience. Our workers speak a range of languages including English, Luganda, French, Swahiliand many other local languages found in East Africa. This has helped us in empowering us to manage and handle all our guest’s tour requirements right from conception to operation to closing, for optimal satisfaction.      

DRIVER/GUIDES & TOUR LEADERS We are aware of the critical role of a guide in our guest’s holiday experience, we hire only the best. These are highly experienced andare knowledgeable of the flora and fauna, history, culture, geography. These also attend regular courses with the accrediting local USAGA- which is Uganda Safari Guides Association. We also provideGerman, Spanish and Japanese speaking Tour Leader/Guides, as well as accompanying translators in any of the other major international languages upon request.

VEHICLES Arrive Africa Safaris owns super customs and Toyota land cruisers. All the vehicles are 4WD, and are well maintained and provide a pop up roof for game viewing. For the convenience of the clients, we try to limit the number of people in one vehicle to 5-6 persons. This means that every guest can enjoy having a window seat and luggage can be stored comfortably.

Cultural tours in Uganda Uganda also features four major traditional and well established kingdoms: Buganda, Toro, Bunyoro as well as Busoga. Additionally, Uganda has many different tribes practicing old age culture, customs, and traditions including the pygmy Batwa in Bwindi, the Banyakole famed for their magnificent long horned cattle, as well as the nomadic Karamojong living in the remote, semi-arid North East bordering Kenya and South Sudan. Historical relics including the Kasubi tombs (burial grounds of ancient Baganda kings), the Uganda Martyrs Shrine(a much more modern religious shrine), all amongst reputedly the world’s most hospitable people definitely makes Uganda one of the most ideal cultural tourism destinations in the world.Our consultants stand ready to work with our guests to create the most fascinating and unforgettable cultural experiential tours.      

Adventure tours in Uganda When it comes to adventure, nothing wins like coming face to face with the giant mountain gorilla silverback,eight times the power of a grown man, in its natural habitat. There is also chimpanzee trekking in Kibale National park which is a true definition of adventure in Uganda but not letting white water rafting amongst the rapids of the magnificent river Nile, the world’s longest, is the true epitome of an adrenaline pumping river adventure and we think that a bungee jumping thrill over the river Nile must be what real. You can as well enjoy a climb to the mountains of the moon; the Rwenzori and marvel at their ice capped peaks astride the equator or you can hike the famous Elgon Mountain on the Uganda/ Kenya border. If you take a launch cruise on the Nile, in Murchison falls national park, you can come close to the base of the beautiful falls itself where the mighty river forces its entire self through a narrow 7m cleft to tumble 43m down in a thunderous show of mighty power; without a doubt some of the most breathtaking sceneries imaginable. You can as well take a hike up to the top of the falls and marvel at the falls from above. Uganda is mainly known as the adventure capital of the whole world.

Recreation holidays in Uganda Lake Victoria, which is the world’s second largest fresh water lake, provides numerous opportunities for beach tourism on its edge in Entebbe, it has got various islands including Ssese Islands and Bulago Island, where one can enjoy walks on the beach, boat rides, bird walks, water sports as well as visiting the local fishing villages. Relaxation on the shores of Lake Bunyonyi is also guaranteed , enjoy the peace, beauty and tranquility at the source of the Nile in Jinja and  have a chance to visit the Mahatma Gandhi Shrine, the universal apostle of peace and non-violence; his ashes were immersed in the river Nile in 1948, as he requested. Enjoy launch cruises on the Kazinga Channel in Queen Elizabeth National Park or step out to mix and mingle with local Ugandans on a night outing in Kampala and feel the pulse of this buzzing capital city; Ugandans love to have giant amount of fun – your more than welcome to join!

Tours in Rwanda, and Kenya Arrive Africa Safaris offers tours in Rwanda and Kenya and is in the process of opening up offices in these countries. However, we have got royal partners in these countries who help us in carrying out the tours effectively.

Sustainable tourism Arrive Africa Safaris is highly conscious of the need to protect the natural environment and the valuable cultural heritage. We have also engaged in many projects aimed at conserving the environment and some of these include; working hand in hand with the local communities and Uganda Wildlife Authority to see how the national parks are conserved and preserved.

Our staff Jessica Nakibuule- Tour Manager Jessica is a tour manager at Arrive Africa Safaris. Born and raised in western Uganda. She is a God fearing and honest leader. She registered and opened the doors of Arrive Africa Safaris in 2011, and since then, the company has grown to greater heights.

Nandawula Edith- Tour consultant& Reservations My dream started when I chose to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management at Makerere University, I wanted so much to unveil the beauty of the pearl of Africa and I decided there was no better way I would showcase the beauty of our country than being practically involved in the industry. After graduating, I got involved with Arrive Africa Safaris which offered me an opportunity to explore my whole efforts in Tourism.
