We are a small tour operator based in Pretoria, the capital of South Africa. We specialize in small groups from two to 14 people. Most of our tours are private and reserved for the group that booked the tour or safari. We can assist with scheduled group tours if clients would like to travel with other visitors to South Africa. These tours will be conducted by our partner companies. We also work very closely with an umber of private game lodges and camps throughout southern Africa.
Accommodation can be from three to five star and five star plus. Within each sub category we have listed four to eight popular tours covering the specific area. You are not bound to those specifics hotels or areas and can easily be upgraded or downgraded to alternative accommodations or combined with other areas. This provides potential travelers an example of the services that we can offer.
We can assist with international flights, but we normally suggest that clients work directly with a agent in their home town. The airfare normally works out less expensive for the client. Internet is also an excellent way to book affordable flights. Our tours include flights within southern Africa. To issue these flights we will require your full names and passport number.
South Africa and her neighboring countries do require visas for tourists of a certain nationality. Acquiring a Visa is the responsibility of the client. Travelto will assist where possible with supportive documents required for the Visa Applications.
It is important that clients look into travel insurance. The world is an unpredictable place and a natural or "human" disaster may interfere with your planned holiday to southern Africa. Travel insurance will be able to cover any expenses that you may have had due to this interference. We can suggest travel insurance companies if required. We can also assist with Medical Evacuation Insurance for remote areas you may be visiting.
