Vomba Tours & Safaris is a family-owned and operated boutique tour company based outside Skukuza near the Kruger National Park in Mpumalanga, South Africa. Our Reservations and Operational offices are strategically placed for easy access only approximately 10 minutes from Sabi Sand Game Reserve and 15 minutes from Kruger National Park. Since this is an owner-operated business, clients can expect the best possible attention and personalized tour and transfer services.
Whilst it was only established in 2016 Vomba Tours have since become one of the preferred local tour operators, a roaring symbol of ultimate service, quality, dedication and reliability,leveraging on the Director’s extensive knowledge and experience in tour/safari guide as well as in transport business (experience in excess of 22 years)
Vomba Tours own a fleet of well-maintained safari and transfer vehicles with all the necessary permits, insurances safety equipment as required by the relevant authorities. These vehicles are operated by local Drivers/guides who carry the expert knowledge of the Lowveld, Kruger National Park and all the tourist attractions in the surrounding areas. An excellent way to kick-start your African safari experience in the company with someone who knows the region intimately, as well as being rooted in the area.
Our passion for this beautiful area and its people left us with the need to share its beauty with friends and guests alike. We offer a wide selection of day tours, private road transfers from all our local airports as well as Johannesburg, inter-lodge/hotel transfers to any of the hotels and lodges in Mpumalanga & surrounds. We also offer Authentic open vehicle day safaris in the Kruger National Park and multiple day packages.
Here at Vomba tours, we are a little different. We give our guests unique experiences, and aim to be responsible, sustainable and give something back to the community whenever we can. Our long-term goal towards sustainable Tourism is to improve the lives of communities near our operation so we employ and train members out of these communities.
Vomba Tours is a standing member (No: 2203) of the accredited Southern African Tourism Services Association (SATSA), being a SATSA member in good standing means that we conform to all SATSA requirements governing the transportation of “fare-paying passengers”. We are a member of the African Travel and Tourism Association (ATTA) membership no. 206557. We are also represented on SafariBookings and featured on TripAdvisor.
