All our clients arriving at International airports in Nairobi, Dar es Salaam or Kilimanjaro are met after clearing customs by one of our staff and guided to their vehicles. At their hotel they are welcomed by one of our Guest Relations Officer who couple as a tour guide. He will assist with check-in before thoroughly briefing all clients. The Guides are on hand each time clients check in or out and are available to provide, reassurance or advice in all matters from ticket reconfirmation through baggage assistance to restaurant bookings. Debriefing is provided on departure date before assistance at hotel checkout and airport check-in.
