This company was founded by Emmanuel Bashiti a businessman, entrepreneur and its managing director who was born on 4th February 1988 in Nyarusiza Kisoro district Uganda that is based between two borders Rwanda and Democratic Republic of Congo. He says that his family was poor and extended. His exposure around the Bwindi forests and mgahinga made him get attached to loving animal life and the pygyms that were living in that area. so with time he got connected and it became part and parcel of his life to an extent that even after leaving home for school he had to struggle to make his dream come to pass an attempt to achieve his dream through, there are pygmy communities in and around some of his areas of concern that live a hunter-gathered lifestyle and this at times makes it difficult in the implementation of activities . This company originated from his career he got in 2014 when he worked in two different companies as a low paid employee i.e. National Housing company as a porter and payment was shs 6000 per day and so from his savings he was able to purchase a driving permit and he got a job at Blu-Cruise transport and logistics company limited as a Steward .with only $300 and without a motor vehicle, office or pocket office in Kampala, he founded Bashem Transporters Co.Ltd and after Bashem Safaris tours and travel
