Karibu – We founded TANGER SAFARIS as a small Tanzanian-German family business in Arusha, within sight of our local mountain, Mount Meru. I was born and raised in Tanzania. My love and intimate relationship to the wilderness of the country, the traditions and the everyday life of the people has its roots in my origin from the ethnic groups of the Maasai and Chagga.
