Mahaba Safari Tours consists of experts in organizing safaris to all the attraction sites in Tanzania. Our company is based in Arusha, Tanzania, located only a few kilometers away from Ngorongoro crater, mount Kilimanjaro and lake Manyara.
Our team has many years of experience in the tourism and hospitality industry and we pride ourselves in planning customized safaris to suit our client's needs be it a wildlife adventure, romantic getaway to Zanzibar, mountain trekking to Kilimanjaro as well as alternative tours to meet local tribes or to explore interesting facets of the African continent.
Mahaba Safari Tours started in 2018 and dynamically expanded in 2023. Isaya studied tourism and became an experienced safari guide and learned everything about the animals in the parks of Tanzania. He is from the Masai tribe and is originally from the area around Ngorongoro. In August of 2016, Socrates visited Tanzania as part of a humanitarian mission to bring sustainable shoes to the Masai kids near lake Manyara and had a safari tour with Isaya in all the major national parks (Tarangire, Ngorongoro, Serengeti). After that they became instant friends, then partners and finally brothres. Together they wish to offer activities to all kinds of people visiting Tanzania while at the same time giving back to the local communities they have been assisting since 2016. Isaya could not have been more happy to see their business grow and employ more local people of Tanzania.
In the meantime the team has grown. We work with guides and cooks from Arisha, tribal chieftains from Manyara and Ngorongoro, Tanzanite experts from Karatu and Western Hotel and Resort companies in Zanzniabe in order to offer our clients the best experience they can have in Tanzania.
