Ranomafana National Park can be visited throughout the year. However, January to March tend to be very wet. At this time, rain can interfere with your activities and the steep forest paths can become very slippery. The cold dry months, from June to August, are not as good for spotting reptiles and dwarf lemurs as they are less active then.
