Very professional and kind.
Everything was very well organized. Communication with the office was smooth at all times. We visited Amboseli and Tsavo West National Parks. The accommodations were excellent. Moreover, the entire trip was offered at a very good price. A big thank you to our driver, Juma—he took great care of us throughout the entire trip and made it an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend it!

Successful Lemosho Tour

I booked the Lemosho route with them to climb Kilimanjaro with 2 friends. We booked a public one but ended up with a "private" tour, having a spacious tent for the 3 of us incl. an area for table and chairs.
The food was probably the best we had in Tanzania, also more variety than e.g. on Safari with another company.
We booked 8 days but ended up with 7 days as we skipped one camp as fitness level and lack of altitude sickness allowed for it (Hotel &transfers got rearranged accordingly by the team).
Our guides also did a good job managing our speed, especially for summit night which was hard due to heavy winds But finally we made it with a perfect timing for the sunrise at 6:30 to Uhuru Peak

My girlfriend and i had a amzing tour! Everything was so perfect and brilliant. We enjoyed our safari ride and just because of ghe one-day safari trip we want to do more safari in future. I highly recommend the safari :)

Beyond the climb itself, the team made sure we experienced the best of Tanzania. The owners personally took us for local food tastings, helped with souvenirs, and shared cultural insights that made the trip even more special.

Josh was very quick to reply to our questions and was helpful with multiple updated quotes as needed. The last day we had some extra time and he took us to a really delicious little restaurant and also showed us some local artisans which were much better quality than those we had seen in the tourist traps elsewhere.

We (my husband, daughter and I) recently returned from a 10-days trip in Uganda. From the very first interaction with manager Vincent, through the planning stages to finalizing our itinerary, everything was seamless. One of our reasons for choosing Ecovic Tours and Travel Uganda was its exceptional value for money. We arranged a private tour for our family and manager Vincent was very attentive in listening to our ideas and making helpful suggestions for our trip all within our budget and timeframe. It was a great balance between busy days and travel days. Our guide Samuel was fantastic and made a special effort to ensure our daughter was having a wonderful experience. He went above and beyond in every way possible and exceeded all our expectations. The food and accomodation was excellent. All the staff we met along the way were exceptional. All our experiences including the safaris, boat tours, treks with gorillas, chimps and Rhinos were amazing. Memorable Kilimanjaro hiking expedition with Incredible Africa Adventures
I took 7-day Lemosho route with Incredible Africa and had a fabulous unforgettable 7-Star experience. Here's why I am highly confident on recommending Incredible Africa for Kilimanjaro expedition and more:
1. *Meticulous planning and preparation* : this was clearly visible through resource planning and pre-hike briefings.
2. *Clear communication* : this was very imp as being my first high-altitude hike, I was nervous, anxious and had lots of questions. Both our guides, Rafael and Temba, utilized their wealth of knowledge and experience about the mountain and always briefed us regularly, clearly and patiently answered all our questions.
3. *Emphasize on safery first, always* : regular health checks after every dinner and breakfast through a well thought-out recorded scoring system ensured we were in good health and fit to scale heights.
4. *Food, sleep and hydration* : we had an amazing nutritious and delicious food, thanks to our Cook, Elia. George always ensured that food was served to us without any delays and refilled our water supplies. He also woke us up each morning with hot water for wash.
5. *Incredible team co-ordination* - "one-team, one dream": entire team right from the guides, cook and porters who took heavy camping loads, came together as one unit to make our experience a memorable one.
6. Summit night - we did it, Poli-Poli (slowly slowly): 1,300 night climb to Uhuru peak was the toughest of all climbs at Kili and required navigating darkness, strong wind, bone-chilling cold and snow. Guides sang motivating songs to keep us in high spirits, and advised us on how to tackle altitude sickness. Thanks to the Summit Porters, Emanuel and Filipo, who did their parts in carrying our backpacks and other reqd equipments, so we can focus on our climb.
**Conclusion* : Excellent team to high-quality camping equipment and sumptous meals (customized to our tastes), Incredible Africa team delivered a 7-star memorable experience. Excellent Safari company, experienced guide, amazing experiences
We had an amazing safari with Samora Explorers. English and German speaking.
The itinerary was very well planned,with great accommodations whilst traveling from Arusha to Lake Natron then through the Serengeti and down to Ngorongoro (5 days in total)
We saw the big five many times and so many other wonderful animals all with the awesome backdrop of the African wilderness.
Iddy's experience, knowledge and driving skills impressed us again and again and we had the best time. Whilst on Safari we also had freshly prepared picnic lunches (not prepacked lunch boxes)
Before our Safari started (2 nights) and afterwards (3nights) we stayed at Samora River Lodge, also run by Iddy and his family, and took excellent day trips in the local area. Great accommodation, very friendly staff and great food.
