Best journey ever!!!
This was the best journey of our lifes. Everything was perfectly planned and operated. From the first day until the last, there was nothing to complain about. Every wish we could came up with, was fulfilled and our driver/ guide was the best. He alsways knew where to find the lions and other special animals and we also always got the best views. He was very friendly and knew every road we took by heart, he also knew a lot about the animals. He took really good care of us!
The time in Uganda and Ruanda was so nice and we are still thinking a lot about the three weeks we spent there.
Thank you very much for this great experience!

Great adventure despite perfect organisation
10 days across the highlights of Uganda was a fantastic experience and felt like an adventure even though the organization was perfect. Our guide was knowledgable, an excellent driver and very friendly. I would recommend to book a Uganda trip to anybody who wants to see Africa off the beaten track.

Queen Elizabeth national park
I came to visit my daughter in Uganda at the end of May and for many years loved to your around on a short tour in Uganda so my daughter planned a surprise trip for me before i moved to the east where we have a project supporting a primary school. The tour was indeed a good surprise, we visited in Queen Elizabeth park and saw many animals including a visit to the Kyambura gorge which is a beautiful place for seeing the chimps. I like the water excursion on the nile till we arrived at the point where we saw clearly the bottom of the waterfall forming part of the river Nile. I enjoyed my trip to Queen Elizabeth and i will not hesitate to suggest this operator Destination Jungle to my friends back home. Oh, Boaz was our guide to show us the animals

Paradise in Uganda
I visited Uganda in November of 2015. I was extremely happy with the professionalism , the English knowledge and the cultural knowledge of my guide Charles Wagaana . The trip was a dream come true. Charles made sure that I'd have a first rate cultural experience, interacting with local population, stopping to eat local food and experiencing local music and local dances form the variety of tribes that make up Uganda. Extremely pleased with the services of Destination Jungle. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend the company.

A very exciting experience with the mountain gorillas
I really enjoyed the tour through these two magnificent countries (Uganda & Rwanda) and in line with my personal expectation. Service was very good and the safari was very satisfying although I have not been lucky enough to see lions climb trees. It will be for another time ...

A superb experience giving us a wide view of western Uganda, it's scenery, animals and way of life!
The pre holiday communication was excellent, with emails and phone calls from Christina. We mostly followed a company tour of Western Uganda. After the first night in Kampala, with amazing views of lake Victoria, we travelled to Murchison Falls in the north west, then south through game parks and wonderful scenery.
Ismail, our guide really put himself out to make sure that we had a fantastic experience, and he succeeded. He was determined to find the leopard living in the ruins of the burnt out lodge. Success! The game drives were varied and the boat trips too gave us splendid animal and bird viewings as well as a visit to a fishing village and a local school. The chimpanzee trek, relatively easy walking through the forest, was well rewarded with the chimpanzees in the trees and then on the ground, so close to us. The gorilla trek over challenging terrain was a real highlight. It was worth every penny, a real MUST DO! Ismail looked after us so well, making sure that we were in the group for the nearest gorilla family because of our age etc. But the guides were all determined that we would all succeed and enjoy the experience. They had even carried one lady all the way back. I was determined that wouldn't be me!!!!!! The gorilla family of 10 or 11, with two babies, was so close. They moved around and entertained us for about an hour, then began to melt into the forest. They knew our time was up!!! What an experience. We were so pleased we made it.
The roads /tracks were an experience in themselves and we were so grateful for the land cruiser with its good suspension. Even so it was a rough old ride in places. A mini bus would not have been so good.
The lodges were all very comfortable, all with mosquito nets, and beautiful locations. The menus were limited because there were so few other guests. But the choice was adequate and the food very acceptable. The service was amazing throughout. All staff were so anxious to please, they insisted on cleaning our boots after the trek, and also ironed a couple of shirts I had washed. I even had an impromptu late birthday cake at the first lodge!
We were just thrilled with the whole trip. Many thanks to Ismail for his care and commitment in making it such a memorable adventure.

Everything very well organized by Destination Jungle
We were 5 persons. We have organized everything from Italy by mail with the very kind and helpful Constantino (the agency's director). Everything was organized very well indeed. Our guide, Charles, was very good: good drivers, excellent knowledge of fauna, very punctual and polite, he satisfayed us in every request and speaks excellent English. We stayed in very nice hotel/lodge, very clean, friendly staff. The agency is very sensitive to the environment and is launching a campaign for the preservation of the Bugoma forest that we had the pleasure of visiting.

Two amazing weeks in the Pearl of Africa
We spent two wonderful weeks around Uganda thanks to the flawless organization of the tour by Costantino, the director, and his collaborators. We were five nature lovers, so our tour was tailored to see as many animals as possible. The tour operator proved to be very helpful just from the very first steps of the tour organization and they managed to accommodate all our requests. All the accommodation were clean and comfortable and the staff was always friendly. One of our travel mates walks with crutches, but we always found kind people willing to help him in any occasion.
The vehicle, a Toyota Land Cruiser, was clean and in perfect conditions. Fresh bottled water was available during the whole tour and plastic was collected to be recycled (not so usual in Uganda!). A special mention to our guide, Charles, who, in addition to being an excellent driver, is also a great expert of the Uganda fauna. He often spotted mammals and birds that were almost invisible to our eyes.
If you are a vegetarian, do not worry because in every place we had the possibility to eat vegetarian food. We would like also to point out the tour operator attention to the local environment and social issues. We loved to be the first tourists engaged in the Bugoma Forest Conservation Campaign and we do hope that Costantino and his supporters can preserve this precious forest. Not to mention the fact that, during the gorilla trekking in the Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, we stayed in a lodge run by the local community, so that the money earned from our stay could be invested for the community welfare, in particular for the construction of a water tank for the dry season. We really appreciated the idea to give back something to this beautiful country!
