my dream vacation to queen elizabeth
We chose East African Jungle Safaris to organise our vacation in Uganda and Director Fred brought up many options and we settled for a safari to Queen Elizabeth, and we never regretted that choice because we enjoyed every bit of it from the boat cruise on kazinga channel where we saw many crocs and hippos to the game drive where we saw lions one leopard and many elephants, it was really awesome we got value for money.
My holiday in uganda
In June I had my holiday in uganda I chose to go for gorilla tracking trip with east african jungle safaris to bwendi lmpenetrable forest national l enjoyed my time off in uganda and seeing the endangered mountain gorillas was really memorable experience thanks to director for a good organisation

East Africa Jungle Safaris is amazing!
Director Fred is great! He is very punctual in answering emails and is very trust worthy! Our tour guides were Tom and Alex and they were awesome! Couldn't have asked for better tour guides in the three days we did our safari! Honestly, such humble and friendly people. Always willing to help and answer any questions you may have! I definitely recommend them!

Bwindi and Murchison Falls
Both trips were great. The mountains near Bwindi are stunning, and we found a family of gorillas very quickly. We had some car trouble on the way back to Kampala, but the driver/guide was very proactive and the company owner came out to drive us back to Kampala. The trip to Murchison Falls was perfect: lots of animals, great scenery, a peaceful lodge overlooking the Albert Nile, and a very knowledgeable guide (the company owner).
The intentions are good but the customer experience is poor bottom line
Friendly welcome. Promising program but it proved to be not realistic because of huge travel times. First day we were completely surprised we (my 7 year old sun and I) had to travel 11 hours in the van. Domestic flights absent. Intentions are good but Uganda is a very different environment with a dramatic infrastructure. Which we were unaware of and not being informed about.
Unpleasantly surprised by having a fellow traveler whilst the booking was a private safari. Poor execution of the program. Poor planning. Poor information about travel times. Program changes possible but proved expensive. Nice selection of accomodations.

Posted on Mar 16, 2016Huge travel times came in because you were telling us to stop all over the place because the kid was enjoying everything, but normally it's 4 to 5 hours drive to Murchison falls, The domestic flights would have been there but you didn't ask for it initially, The issue of the poor infrastructure shouldn't be blamed on the tour operator because it's not my responsibility for sure. The issue of a travel partner, it's Harrieth from Sweden with the review below, madam Harrieth never wanted to travel a lone just to Murchison alone, the vehicle was readily available to take her, but we asked Mr Peter for a favor he accepted to go with her, only to reach in the park and say am not traveling with that woman again, I had decided to drop him and go with madam Harrieth, but because he had a 7 year old boy i couldn't leave him in the park, i hired another vehicle in the park to take madam through her activities. otherwise thanks a lot for the review.

Thoughtful organizers
I was on a 3 day safari to Murchison Falls with some problems along the way that they solved in the best way . I got to enjoy the wildlife and can recommend them for a safari .
