Excellent services for our trip in the National Parks of Tanzania.
About Communications : I got instant feedback every time from East African Jungle Safaris on all my emails and messages, they were regularly calling us during the trip to check if everything was ok. Our driver/giude Frank was always finding strategic positions from which we had wonderful views of the animals. During the tour we got accommodations with very good camps and excellent lodges. Unforgettable memories from Tanzania with East African Jungle Safaris. Thanks for making everything soo wonderful..!

With a very knowledgable guide, saw plenty of animals and have a fantastic time in Tanzania.
What we had saw and experienced with East African Jungle Safaris was truly amazing. Our guide Ronald was just brilliant. He was always punctual, a lot of fun, knew all about the animals and where to find them and just made it a great trip. Accommodation and meals made by this company were fantastic and even the tented sites were really comfortable. While complete package we travelled to Tarangire NP, Manyara NP, Serengeti NP and the Ngorongoro Crater. We were very lucky to see Lion, Lepoard, Cheetah and so many elephants, wilderbeast, zebra, hyena, gazelle just so many animals. The weather was just perfect and we were lucky to be a bit early in the season so had sites generally to our selves. The vehicle we had was very comfortable and we would have no hesitation to recommending East African Jungle Safaris.

Awesome experience
I did a five day tour and had a great time exploring Uganda! From pick up till the end everything was fine. The communication before I came to Uganda was easy, responses came quickly and I got all the information I needed. My guide/driver Willy was a perfect host! He told me a lot about Uganda and I felt very safe no matter which road we were on. I liked all of the accomodations, and though I've booked the camping/basic fare, I was positively surprised by the standards. Thanks for a perfect experience in Uganda!

Really enjoyed
Everything was well executed, the guide was on time to pick us up from the hotel. The weather was favorable, it rained a few times. The nature is incredibly beautiful. Our guide and driver was really on top, taking us there and back even though the flooded river was an obstacle. Due to the rains, we face some difficulties on the road. The accommodation was ok, the food could have been better.Really enjoyed there saffari service.

East African Jungle Safaris provided excellent service for the days we were in Uganda.
East African Jungle Safaris provided excellent service for the days we were in Uganda. The staffs are very nice people and food was delicious. We always had a hot meal in the jungle and on time. Our tour guide Willy is very experienced, he provided the info on cultural, Historical and heritage to our group. He arranged all activities on time, and in safest way. He also was very smart at spotting animals and knew where they dwell. He at times made calls to track them even before we knew he was doing so. Thanks to Willy and his team for making this experience happen for us.

Was just like a superman in all kind of risky conditions guided us to see as many animals
I just returned from Uganda where I did safari for 14 days. Though it was rainy season reputed to be had to spot animals I saw them. It was either that I was lucky or I got a guide who knew what he was doing. However, due to rain, it was crucial to have a very good driver as the road was very difficult to pass through as times and the truck was easily stuck by the mud. Luckily, thanks to East African Jungle Safaris who not only made the trip but also arranged a highly experienced driver for us. Was just like a superman in all kind of risky conditions guided us to see as many animals and adventures as possible. And yet it was fun and adventurous throughout. When we shared our concerns about not been so lucky to see the animals because of rain he said thus for the unprofessional. We were ordered not to worry and stay relaxed.

Unforgettable experience of nature, wildlife and cultural heritage
This was a lovely 7 day tour that I enjoyed very much with my husband. The guide Eddie was friendly, knowledgeable and patient answering our questions. He attentively spotted animals for us to watch. The accommodation places were clean and comfortable. Uganda is such a lovely country with friendly people and children waving at you wherever you. The nature there is very beautiful with lots of green hillside, lakes , forests and mountains. I loved the activities of people in the Bigodi swamp walk and their way of doing things . I loved the animals everywhere. The trip was really unforgettable. I would only recommend that the gorilla trekking activity be moved to the end of the tour because it's strenuous and could affect one's enjoyment of the rest of the tour especially if one gets injured. I also believe people should be made aware beforehand of the nature of this activity and how slippery or steep the ground is there in the impenetrable forest.
EAJS really delivered all the program as I hoped for and as they designed. I only wish we had been able to do the Batwa cultural experience which was part of the tour and I was looking forward to it but we didn't have the time to do it unfortunately. Apart from that, the tour was great and I would recommend it to my friends.

We highly recommend East African Jungle Safaris!
We booked the 7 days "Bwindi, Queen Elizabeth and Kibale Tour" in Uganda with East African Jungle Safaris (EAJS) in May 2021 and we highly recommend EAJS!
We booked the mid-range option and loved each and everyone of the hotels (Rushaga Gorilla Haven Lodge next to Bwindi, Bunyonyi Eco Resort, Bush Lodge, and Kibale Forest Camp).
Fred and his team made the initial planning of the trip easy. Fred would answer within a few hours if we had any questions or if we wanted to adjust the tour to fit our needs. Fred was extremely reliable and accomodating.
Once in Entebbe (Uganda), our tour guide Willy picked us up from our Hotel. Willy was extremely nice and knowledgeable and made the 7 day journey so memorable and enjoyable. If we had any additional wishes, Willy would incorporate them into our tour! We loved the experience and recommend EAJS for anyone looking to travel to Uganda and the surrounding region!
Thanks again EAJS for a memorable vacation!

A very serious and professional tour operator
I've chosen two journeys from East African Jungle Safaris. One to Bwindi NP and Queen Elisabeth NP and one to Kidepo NP. During the planning, Fred fulfilled my needs 100%. Because of the Covid-situation, I could adjust the tour without any problems. The guides Eddy and Ronald did a great job. They were very friendly, drove me safely and helped me, whenever they could. I can highly recommend this tour agency.

Great operator
I had a great time and really enjoyed the trip. I only had a limited time so I wanted to see as much as possible. Fred helped plan the trip to maximize time even adding things along the way I didn't consider. My guide, Eddie was great. Very profesional, organized and punctual. He also had a great attitude and was friendly and knowledgeable. The primate watching was great, of course I saw the chimpanzees and mountain gorillas which was unforgettable. However I also saw 5-8 other kinds of primates along the way and even at lodges. Speaking of lodges they were unforgettable. The Kibale Forest Camp was right in the rainforest and had a great jungle trail around it. You slept in very fancy tents with bathrooms. The next spot was Bakiga Lodge which was even more spectacular perched on the edge of Bwindi Impenetrable national park overlooking the sloping tea plantations to the north. Finally, and best of all, was the Lake Bunyonyi Eco Resort which was on its own private island in the middle of lake Bunyonyi. Another spectacular nature trail and dugout canoeing made it very special. However the views were out of this world, I was legitimately concerned I had died and gone to heaven.
