The best at what he does!
Fred is the man! I received an email back extremely quickly and he was able to answer all of my questions without any hesitation. I asked so many questions and was so happy with the responses and his patience. He was able to help create a very special custom tour for me and my friends. The tour was more than perfect! It was non-stop action and we were always on the go. I loved every second of it. The places we stayed were unbelievably beautiful. The food just kept coming! We ate so much and it was delicious. We saw every animal we hoped to see. Our guide was amazing. I literally can't express how amazing East African Jungle Safaris is. PLEASE do yourself a favor and plan a trip with them ASAP!

Trip of a lifetime
The tour exceeded our expectations, our driver Willy and the rest of the tour guides we met along the trip where very nice and friendly, always trying to make sure that we enjoyed every activity to the fullest. The lodges and places where we stayed where all beautiful and comfortable, also the coordination since the beginning was spot on.
Would definitely use their services again.

I did a 4 day safari (that turned into 5 days) which included gorilla trekking and chimpanzee trekking, among other things. All of the activities that Fred planned in my itinerary were very exciting. The gorilla trek, of course, was the highlight of it all and it was truly a captivating experience that I will never forget. That activity, although expensive, is a must do item. The chimpanzee trekking was also a unique experience. Even the boat ride on the Kazinga Channel which I didn’t expect much of, turned out to be such a great experience. The meals were all delicious, and the “budget” accommodations were actually extremely luxurious for me. There were some issues caused by a road closure on the last day which completely changed my itinerary. It was out of our control and nobody could be blamed for it. Fred worked with me to fix it and I very much appreciate it. It was stressful for everyone but it all turned out okay in the end. This is a company that will look out for you to make sure that you’re satisfied. Customer service is very important for them. My driver, Wilson, was incredible. I had such a great time driving around southern Uganda with him, the drive was the second best part of the trip. I always felt safe with his expert driving abilities, and he was okay with talking, listening to music, or just driving with the windows down and staring at the landscapes. He would also look out for me in any areas where there could be petty theft, and raise the windows so that nobody would be tempted to take my phone from my hands. Essentially, he made sure from day 1 until I was at the airport that nothing bad would happen to me. Hands down, I recommend taking a safari/trekking/touring trip with East African Jungle Safaris. Don’t even waste your time looking at other companies. East African Jungle Safaris will offer you the best combination of itinerary and price, and you can be confident that if anything goes wrong, that you will be taken care of. A trip of a lifetime!
Fred was very responsive during the organisation phase and then Eddy was a fantastic tour guide!
The accommodation was mid-range but far exceeded our expectations.
The tour was well organised and good value, considering we had our own drive / vehicle over 3 days. We saw 4 of the Big 5 and the Rhino Sanctuary was a real must. River Cruise was also a great experience.
Thank you so much East African Jungle Safaris for a trip we will never forget!

Very happy
I booked a last minute trip to Uganda, and I am very happy about my stay, particularly because of my tour guide Ronald. I was very last minute, and so my goals changed along the trip. They were very quick to adapt my trip to my demands, and Ronald did everything to accommodate me as best as he could. He was very knowledgeable, and gave me a unique insight into the country.

Perfect tour from start to finish
East African Jungle Safaris were simply perfect. Communication was exceptional, price and payment were completely transparent with no add ons and all payable via email link. Eddy our guide was very friendly and enjoyable to be around. He was always on time and went out of his way to look for animals until dark on our game drive in Mburo. Quite simply couldn't recommend them more highly and they have been the best tour company in Africa that we have used to date.

Great trip
I booked a 3 day Safari with this outfitter after being in Africa for sometime on USAID assignment. I thought my guide Farouk was fantastic. I was picked up at my hotel and returned to the airport on time and as scheduled. Everyone I dealt with ( Ruth, Frank etc.) communicated well and made themselves available for any questions I had. It can be difficult to find honest and dependable outfitters, but this group was excellent. Saw the “Big 5” while in the park, mid range accommodation was decent. I would travel with East Africa Safari again without question.
