Great experience for my first safari
5/5

This is my first safari. And i loved it. I would definitely recommend my friends to consider this company. There is some observations hopefully it will be considered and improves. One thing is cars windows are very difficult to open. Since we as photographers its very important to open the windows and closed them very fast to take pictures and to cover our equipments from dust while driving. The drivers are very friendly but sometimes they are moody! As sometimes they skip some animals or not even trying to find animals out there.. the food was great. The tents were clean. Very happy with my trip and definitely wont be the last with Flash Safari.

Awesome experience with a professional and reliable company!
5/5

Communication with the company was ongoing throughout the entire process even before the trip was booked. From planning the itinerary to picking hotels, our input was requested and we were not disapointed with anything. The driver/guide Boniface was amazing and he made th trip even more awesome with his knowledge and experience. You cannot beat the price and quality of the tour that you get with Flash Safaris. I will definitely use them in the future.

A truly wonderful experience for our four diverse group members
5/5

We chose Flash Safaris and Photography for a number of reasons. First, they answered my proposal requests via email immediately, understood the type of Safari we were looking for, adapted extremely well to my changing/evolving itinerary and gave us an excellent discount for the two Kenyan Students that were going to experience the Safari with my wife and I. We liked the fact that Flash Safaris was a small, local company in Tanzania with a reputation for excellent service based on other reviews. They did not disappoint! Our driver was a true example of what "customer service" really means. First and foremost, he kept us and our belongings safe at all times. Second, he quickly established a good rapport with both males and females, old Americans and young Kenyans in our group. I am absolutely convinced he would have become friends with anyone. He was an expert driver, looked out for the comfort and well being of all his passengers and allowed us to view Arusha National Park, Manyara National Park, Ngorongoro Conservation Area and Serengeti National Park in all of their splendor. The lodges we stayed in were not new, but they were well maintained and provided excellent service. The Tent Camps we stayed at (Mbugani Seronera and Mbugani Ndutu) were the best part of the entire trip, giving us a real sense of "sharing space" with wild animals. Our only disappointment was our last nights lodging at the Keys Hotel in Moshi town. The power was out about half the time and their backup generator worked only sporadically, leading us to the overall conclusion that the Keys Hotel was not a wise choice.

Excellent climbing and safari trip
5/5

When we arrived at the airport Edward picked us up and brought us to the wonderful Ilboru Safari Lodge. The next day we met our guide for the climbing of Mount Meru. Everything was perfectly arranged by Magda and Edward. After this trip we visited a number of national parks with a guide who took us everywhere and gave us a lot of information. Both guides were well informed, kind, reliable, taking good care of everything. After these trips we planned to do some other things (Zanzibar). Flash safari's helped us organising this, you can ask them anything, they have a lot of contacts!
Before we arrived in Tanzania the contact with Magda by email was perfect, all our questions were answered very quickly . She is very pro-active!
The trips really met our expectations. The climbing of Mount Meru was difficult but the views are spectacular. The safari's were impressive, far beyond our expectations. Everything was very well organised.
We can really recommend Flash Safari's! Magda, Edward, thanks for the wonderful experience.

An unforgettable experience in an overwhelming nature surrounded by lovely people
5/5

From the beginning the communication was good. There was always a very quick and accurate answer to our questions. Magda listen very well to our wishes and organised a safari that totally fits us. The service was great and the lodges were amazing. Sometimes because the lodge was just so close in nature you can hear and see animals so close by. Sometimes because of the wonderful view or because is was so luxurious.
Especially because of the very personal touch during our safari and our great driver, we can say that Magda and her team made our big dream come true. We are very grateful we had this wonderful experience!

Awesome and Lucky First Safari Experience with Flash!!
5/5

We have just finished a 6-days safari in Tanzania and luckily we saw that big five in this relatively short trip (3 cheetahs!!! I wished I had stayed longer...).

We contacted several operators when we were planning the safari trip and Magda and her team were always there to answer your email promptly and provided detailed plans. She also came with Edward to visit us in person on the first and last day of the safari. This shows how they appreciate everyone who joins their trip. We didn't go for luxurious accommodations but we were all happy with the arrangements which we think are the best out of our budget! I would also like to thank the experienced safari guide Loi who found a lot of animals during the game drive, kept the vehicle tidy and clean, and shared the stories of Massai and other Africa cultures everyday when we were back to the lodge.

For everyone who is interested in safari, Flash is highly recommended!

Walking safari Arusha National PArk
4/5

Our last day in Tanzania (after work)we booked the walking safari at Flash safari's. The car, the game driver, the lunch, water, koffie tea, was good as usual with Flash. I can recommend the Walking Safari. It's a great experience to walk and "nearly touch" a giraf, buffalo etc. The Arusha national park is small but has a lot of animals. The walking safari goes to the foot of The Mount Meru and is a nice walk, safe with a ranger (with rifle) to join you.
The driver brought us to a nice little shop with textile to buy some souveniers and we arrived in time at the airport.

Excellent service!
5/5

This was our first safari (2 adults - one in a wheelchair - and our teenage daughter) and it was such a great experience! We travelled with our excellent driver and guide adam for 12 days to Lake Manyara, the Ndutu Area, then to the Serengeti National Park and finally to the Ngorongoro crater, starting and ending in Arusha. Everything worked really well and we felt really welcome and comfortable. The service of magda and edward was simply perfect. Asante sana!!!
