Magical journey in Tanzania
Just completed an extraordinary 8 day tour in Tanzania arranged by Gosheni Tours. Traveling with our 20 and 24 year old daughters and Onesmo, our incredible guide. Amazing sightings so far which include the Wildebeast migration and stampede, lioness hunt and four (!) separate Leopard views. Lions with cubs and of course, hippos zebras giraffes and all the rest. Never a dull moment we saw everything we hoped to see and much more thanks to Onesmo's expertise and vast knowledge of Tanzanian wildlife. Communication was easy due to his excellent language skills and he has a wonderfully broad knowledge base about the culture and history of Tanzania. This feels like a National Geographic tour. I will add that the roads on safari are really rough and we saw many many vehicles with flat tires. We never had an issue as Gosheni is extremely vigilant with the upkeep of their tires and vehicles. This is an important consideration as you can lose a lot of time when dealing with flat tires. It was also clear that our guide Onesmo has a good deal of mechanical expertise should any problem arise which was reassuring. Accommodations were all excellent, huge comfortable beds, wonderful views and great food options. we will return and book a trip with Gosheni Tours and Onesmo again!

An astonishing experience with Ombenni and Gosheni Safari!
An astonishing experience with Ombenni and Gosheni Safari! It is difficult to find the right travel agency but we are very happy we landed with the Gosheni team. My wife and I were on our honeymoon and they made sure all went smoothly and with Hakuna Matata. We manage to see a dozen lions, a couple of leopard, a lot of elephants and a thousand wilderbeasts and Zebras migrating through Serengeti.

We loved the safari experience and our driver/guide Ombeni went above and beyond, led us to beautiful animals and set up great lunch for us in the middle of national parks, taught us a lot of interesting facts about the animals and took great care of us. If we come back again, we would still choose Ombeni as our guide.

Safari experience of a lifetime
My husband and I had already done a safari in South Africa, so we had really high expectations for our honeymoon. We booked a 7 day safari trip in Tanzania with Gosheni and it went beyond our expectations.
Our guide Onbeni made sure that we had the best time, always taking care of everything so we could relax and enjoy our honeymoon in the best Hakuna Matata style. He drove us safely and made sure we were at the right spot at the right time. We saw everything we wanted to see and so much more!
He is impressively knowledgeable and we learned so much about Tanzania, the culture, the animals and nature. He also has impressive eagle eyes and spotted hidden animals from great distances.
This was a trip of a lifetime and I would definitely recommend Gosheni as the travel agency.

This is one of the best experience I've had. The safari tour in the serengeti was surreal. William, our driver and guide went above and beyond to make the drive and spotting all the animals a great and unforgettable moment. I will definitely cherish these memories for a long time. Gosheni Safaris is truly one of a kind and will come highly recommended to all my friends. Each day, our amazing guide, Ombeni, would tell us the plan for the day. He easily spots animals that blend with the bush.
Our first day in Serengeti, we saw the Big 5! He has been a guide for years so he communicates with other guides to give us the best chance of seeing every animal. The following day we literally drove through the Great Migration. He was patient when we wanted to take pictures or just take in the sights. Never did I feel rushed or on a timeline.
The lunches were all delicious. Each day we got a hot soup with an actual warm meal. Not a sandwich or a cold meal. We had wine and cold soft drinks available throughout the drive as well.
The accommodation choices we booked were each unique and truly one of a kind. Each place makes you feel like as if you are the only guest.
If you’re looking for an amazing safari where you are taken care of from your pick up to the drop off, do not hesitate to book with Gosheni. You won’t regret it!

I would definitely recommend Gosheni Safaris & Tour Guide Driver Ombeni. Peter was very helpful with our requests and booking was with ease. Our breifing was nice experience at headquarters. Definitely value for money. We booked the comfy package, which was much more, the camps were amazing. Ombeni was a fantastic driver. Reliable, Trustworthy, Friendly, Funny and Knowledgeable. Always early. Always putting our needs first. He had us right in the action every time. We were like a family from the beginning of the Safari.
