Amazing Safari Experience in Tanzania and Kenya
Overall, it was an amazing experience with Gosheni. We worked with Pendo for several weeks to get the perfect itinerary for us. We aren't big fans of small planes which added an extra layer of complication but she assured us that we could still make it all work which included stops in Masai Mara, Central Serengeti, Northern Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, Tarangire National Park, and Arusha.
We started off for a few days in Masai Mara with Tony as our driver/guide. He was on the quieter side but worked extremely hard to deliver the experiences we were looking for.
We spent the majority of our trip in Tanzania and had William as our driver/guide the entire time there. It's hard to imagine a safari experience could be any better. William is a true professional with a great combination of experience, knowledge, communication skills, humor, and work ethic. We had an unforgettable 10 days with him with so many awesome safari experiences. He flows seemlessly during each day (always with a smile on his face) between driver to expert guide to comedian to waiter (during his epic "hot" lunches in the bush!) .
Would highly recommend the Gosheni team and will definitely use them again for our next trip back to Tanzania/Kenya!

Fantastic experience with Goshani and Hassan - you won’t be disappointed!
The interaction with Gosheni started during the booking process, where Pendo John was a delight! She was very responsive (also on WhatsApp!) and gave us options for both itineraries and the places to stay. Across all the interactions with Pendo, it was nice how she gave us an honest recommendation, particularly on overnight stays - what is fairly priced and what is simply not worth it.
Once we arrived, we were immediately greeted at the airport by our guide - Hassan - and got started! Our 6 day safari went like a breeze and Hassan made sure the experience was unforgettable. He made sure everything went smoothly and had an amazing eye to spot animals. We were often the first car at any spot, and had always the best view! In addition, Hassan had a deep knowledge of the animals, plants and birds - for curious people like us it was nice to be able to ask very question!
Overall, I highly recommend Gosheni and Hassan. It was a dream trip and it is nice to know we were doing it with a local company!

An amazing and unforgettable trip with Hassan from Goshrni Safaris
We have organized a 6-day safari in Tanzania with Gosheni - a local company - and cannot recommend them enough.
We organized the trip with Pendo John. Pendo was extremely responsive and gave us some great recommendations. Also, the advance payment went through very smoothly.
Once we arrived, we were very warmly welcomed at the airport by Hassan, our guide for the next 6 days. Hasan made our trip truly special! He got us to all the right spots and managed to position us in a way that we could always have a perfect view.
Whenever we had questions on the country or wildlife, he was happy to explain… I think at some point we run out of questions - he knew everything! We are so thankful to Hassan, he made this experience truly exceptional!
Lastly, the itinerary, car, accommodations, and food by Gosheni were great. They made our safari a fantastic and unforgettable experience.

Thanks to Gosheni Safaris my boyfriend and I had an unforgettable experience at our first ever safari. We went to several parks where we saw different species of animals. Our guides ally and one were very polite and helpful people, always taking us to the best places to find the animals. At lunch we had meals and wine, prepared by our guide One… the hotels we stayed were also in agreement. It was a magnificent experience. Amazing Safari
My husband and I did a 10 days Mara River Migration Safari with Gosheni Safaris and we are glad we chose this agency, because everything was perfect. We worked for over a year with Pendo for the itinary as we planned to go on a safari last year, but due to the pandemic we had to postpone this trip. Pendo was really attentive to all my concerns as I had a lot of questions concerning the sanitary situation in Tansania and the safari in general. We were really lucky to have William as a driver. From the beginning we felt that we were in good hands. William is an awesome guide, a really good driver and is never satisfied until we saw the animals we hoped to see. He is really professional and has a lot of humour which we highly appreciated. He is really attentive to his clients' needs. We were also really happy with the choice of lodges. Gosheni Safaris chose a lot of Acacia camps for our accommodation and those camps were amazing.

And then there was Laban - our tour guide. One of the best and most gentle souls we met during our trip to Tanzania. His positive attitude, superior knowledge, and experience left us in awe - with a much deeper understanding of the local culture, flora, and fauna. Laban was extremely accommodating, a great navigator, and an extremely enjoyable safari companion.

The Guide was very well familiar with 4 different national parks, well connected to local people and very knowledgeable. Overall communication was very good and professional. He provided us a really great service during the 5 day safari. The Car is very well maintained and in very good condition. William Augustino David is a great Safari guide and driver
William Augustino David planned, organized, and guided us and our grandchildren on a wonderful 9-day safari in Tanzania in July 2021. The planning included an itinerary, lodges, and flights from North Serengeti to Zanzibar.
William met us at Kilimanjaro Airport and transferred us to our lodge in Arusha.
We started the safari the next morning in Tarangire and continued to Lake Manyara, Lake Eyasi, Karatu, Ngorongoro Crater, and Central and Northern Serengeti.
The trip was made in a safari vehicle (a jeep with a roof that could rise so that we could stand and watch the animals safely and comfortably). William showed us the Big 5 (elephant, rhino, African buffalo, lion, and leopard) and many other animals that he managed to identify from far away. He also explained about trees, plants, and boulders that we saw.
We saw herds of thousands of wildebeest (gnu) pass next to our safari vehicle after they crossed the Mara River, while crocodiles lurked for them.
We visited the Hadzabe (hunters and gatherers), Datoga and Maasai tribes, and the Olduvai Museum, one of the most important paleo-anthropological sites in the world.
We walked from Karatu to the elephant caves and descended to a nearby waterfall using the new steps.
The lodges, our daily lunches in nature, the encounter with animals in their natural environment, all conducted by William, were unforgettable experiences to all of us.
