Timely responses,and well co ordinated arrangements
With the bookings done with Inclusive Africa, in most of the cases,the services have been satisfactory.We always find our rooms well reserved any time we go to the hotel .Even in a trip to Arusha ,the bookings are normally done in good time and reminders of payments very timely.In case of a disappointing booking (I quote Naivasha last year)the monies were refunded immediately which was very good.

Our driver and guide Jeremy really made this trip unforgettable. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time and saw all the animals our group was interested in seeing - even the elephants! I would definitely recommend doing a safari with Jeremy!

The trip was better that we can imagine... our driver/ guide John Kanyenje is a man with a lot of experience. He knows everything about animals. He never told us we didn’t have time. He teach us a lot of things about kenian culture, food, tribe... and he speaks Spanish perfectly!!!

Great Kenya-Experience
We just came back from our holiday in Kenya. From the pickup at the airport in Nairobi to the communication with the travel agency everything was very professional and we are happy about the whole holiday. Especially our safariguide, Moses, was really great and offered us great wildlife experience.

Our vacation was the best ever! The communications were great and our tour guide was well prepared abs experienced. He ensured we were able to see the big five.
