Our safaris were superb and exactly as described by Jane.
My wife, sister, niece and I have a stupendous time on our safari arranged by Jane from Kenan Travel. We saw all of the big five and many many many more. Naftia, our driver was amazing. He added much useful and interesting information as we went along. We talked politics and what’s going on in the country as well as all the natural sights. We got stuck in the mud once and even had to pay a small ransom to the Maasai to pass through, but we never once were worried and in his capable hands. My only other comment would be that if you have lower back problems this type of Safari may not be right for you as it puts a lot of stress on your back due to the bumpiness of the roads over extended periods of time. Other than that it was indeed the trip of a lifetime thank you so much Karen and Naftia!!

A fantastic safari

Delivered a high standard of service as promised.
From day one the communications we had with Geophrey were prompt, he clarified everything and tried to accommodate all our needs. Safari tours were very good and our drivers both in Kenya and Tanzania tried their best to maximise the game viewing. We enjoyed the stay at all of our accommodations. However, it was unfortunate to see our group was split between 2 different Kati Kati camps in Tanzania which shouldn’t have happened!

Fantastic safari!
Geoffrey replied promptly to all e-mails and confirmed our bank transfer as requested. He kindly arranged train tickets with the Madaraka Express free of charge. We had a four day private safari for a family of five to Lake Bogoria and Maasai Mara, including a much appreciated landcruiser. All expenses considered, I believe it was we were offered a value for money safari. According to our guide, "Naf", Lake Nakuru would have been a much better and closer option for flamingo-watching than Lake Bogoria. Naf made up for this by arranging a boat trip on beautiful Lake Naivasha. He even organised a surprise welcome dance/song from the Maasai and cake at Azure Mara Haven to celebrate our son´´s 13th birthday! Thanks to good radio communication with the other guides, we were lucky to experience a great number of animals. :-) Thanks for a great safari!

Very reliable company, perfectly organised safari, friendly and helpful service.
From the very beginning, communication with Kenan Travel & Tours was easy and efficient. Jane was very helpful with organising our safari and we appreciated her support when connecting to a domestic flight at Nairobi Wilson. The safari itself to Lake Nakuru and Maasai Mara was an unforgettable experience for our familiy. Everything when according to our wishes and our driver/guide was very nice and knowledgeable. A superb experience
I made a trip to Kenya last July and, after a lot of research finding reputable tour operators, I found Kenan Travel & Tours. Since the very first moment I wrote an email requesting information, the communication was friendly and concise. I was in touch with Geoprhey Mghanga from the beginning and during all the travel. He always answered promptly the tons of questions I made and he always tried to find an alternative for satysfing my requests. The result was a trip including a day trip in Nairobi, a three-day safari in Masai Mara and three days in Mombasa. Everything that was established in the contract was met to the letter. The safari was a join group safari, the driver/guide was excellent finding wildlife (we saw a group of lionesses tryng to catch wildbeasts) and the accommodation (Mara Chui Resort) was amazing. Also, the accomodation in Mombasa (Voyager Beach Resort) was very well, including a show of Masai dancers. All the transfers were on time, the guides had a lot of knowledge and, without hesitation, I will choose Kenan Travel in any future visit to the amazing country of Kenya.

Amazing safari
It all started with good communication with Geophrey. Emails were promptly replied and when we arrived, Jane was there to pick us up. She was very friendly and briefly explain about our safari. Our guide Simon was very knowledgeable and funny. We managed to see all the big 5. As for the camps all are wonderful especially in Masai Mara. Will definitely use their services again.

Awesome experience in Kenya and Tanzania
I went to a 7 nights and 8 days tour to Kenya and Tanzania.
Until making a final booking, their staff Geophrey had been so kind and gentle and quick to respond to any question, request from my side.
And also, he had been very patient and never urged me to make a booking soon, which I had experienced often from different company in the past.
Throughout the journey, our experience went beyond expectation. All the drivers we met had been so kind and well experienced.
We watched so many animals including all BIG 5s.
Regarding accommodation, it was a good mixture of uncivilized nature and modern lodge, hotel.
I mean, we stayed some nights in a tented camp where we didn't have enough hot water electricity and wifi, (which is sometimes good) and some nights in civilized lodge and hotel.
Unfortunately, we lost our smart phone in one camp but the driver and all the camp staffs were so kind to try to find that.
It didn't come out eventually however, we didn't feel sad because of their graciousness.
Hope to come back someday in the future.

Best vacation ever!
My husband and I have just returned from a 15 day/14 night private safari tour in Kenya and Tanzania, which also included beach time on Zanzibar. Everything about this vacation was perfect, from beginning to end. We could not have been more pleased. Geophrey did an absolutely wonderful job of booking the safari for us. He was quick to respond to my emails, answered every question (I had many), and was very thorough with the many details of the trip. Geophrey met us upon our arrival in Nairobi and was there at each of our flights to greet us and/or see us off. Geophrey and/or our tour guides walked us through the process of customs and immigration at border crossings. When we found out that we were over our limit for the small plane that would take us to Zanzibar, we repacked our suitcases to comply with the weight limits and Geophrey was so very kind to take all the extra baggage and store it with him, while we spent 3 days on Zanzibar. Our tour guides, George, Joseph and James, were all excellent. Their ability to spot animals was outstanding! We saw all of the big 5 and so much more - literally thousands of animals! The guides were always patient and accommodating whenever we asked to stop and take many, many pictures. They went out of their way to get the jeep in just the right spot for photos. All 3 of the guides were very knowledgeable regarding the life-style and culture of the various animals and they shared their knowledge with us, which made viewing the animals so much more interesting. The knowledge of life-style and culture extended to the native people and locals, as well. It was fascinating to learn about these wonderful, warm, welcoming people. We are in awe of how much we learned from our 3 guides in our short time together! We stayed in a variety of lodges, from luxury to "glamping" tents to basic tent camps. All exceeded out expectations! Food, accommodations and service were amazing everywhere we stayed. My husband and I have traveled all around the world - and THIS trip has gone down as our best trip ever! I can not recommend Kenan Travel and Tours enough! Thank you, Geophrey, George, Joseph and James for making our trip to Kenya and Tanzania wonderful!
