Amazing time in Masai Mara
I was a bit late to prepare a safari. I contacted Jane from Kenan Travel Tour and she was really reactive and helping. Everything was smooth in the organization. I had a wonderful time with the group I was in and we saw a lot of animals! Incredible!

A fantastic experience
We really enjoyed the safari and had a fantastic journey. It was just perfect. The organisation, the guide and the camps were great. We had the time of our life. We can recommend Kenan Travel as a fantastic and helpfull tour operator. All our wishes were fullfilled. For us it was a dream come true.

Offer a very personal service.
Pre-arrival communications were good and patience shown regarding technical payment problems. The Maasai Mara safari was good and the Sopa Lodge met expectations. Geoffrey picked me up from my accommodation himself and ensured that I met up with the safari vehicle without problem. He also met me at the end of the tour and helped me organise my activities for the next day.

Great tour organizer - Jane
We took a 5 day private safari with Kenan and it was a great experience overall. Jane took the time to customize the itinerary based on our needs and all requests were accommodated. We specifically asked if accommodation can be confirmed with the exact camps listed (because we didn't want to be given alternate camps) and Jane took care of it even before confirming. The safari itself was outsourced to a good guide in Tanzania as we just toured Tanzania and Emmanuel who took care of us during Safari was great. Jane and we would have exchanged about 50 emails and she was patient with all the emails making us feel well cared. This made our decision to go with Kenan although we had quotes for more than 20 companies. We would say that its bit on the higher side in terms of cost but I think you get what you pay for. Safari was private with good hands and all the accommodation was top notch. Almost we felt home all 5 days. Almost all requests were honored during Safari which in turn speaks for the experience Jane has. Most of all Jane welcomes us at Arusha airport and ensured everything has been taken care. She welcomed us with honeymoon gifts and we felt very good about it :). Thanks Jane for putting together an amazing safari experience for us. The only thing we wished was to have informed that Serengeti is far more better than Tanrangire so that we would have stayed in Serengeti more than exploring all but again that we don't think is anyone's fault. Looking forward to taking another Safari with Kenan in the future :).

Incredible Safari holiday
Everything was perfect. They Taylor made a Safari for us with exactly everything we wanted and more. At the moment of paying we found it a little bit expensive, but after being there we realized it was good value for money as it was 5 stars.
Communication was fluent for more than 8 months, since the moment I contacted them to start planning the trip till the moment I returned home. All the time they devoted themselves to details. Especially Geophrey, our contact, and Chris, our guide during the safari.
I happily recommend kennan travel and Tours.

Excellent Service & Communication ...got more than expectation..
We took a 6days 5 Nights package with Kenan Travel & Tours covering Masai-Mara,Lake Naivasha,Lake Nakuru & Amboseli.Though it was a short trip but the quality time we had was just amazing.
It was a pleasure knowing one of it’s owner Jane and the wonderful team specially Martin and Naftali, who made the safari experience pleasant and enjoyable. We are truly amazed by the hospitality of the company towards us.

Fantastic Trip!
We spent a week in Kenya visiting sites in Nairobi, Mt. Kenya, Lake Nakuru, and Masai Mara. We also had the freedom to visit some Kenyans whom we had met before and spend time with them. We were a family group of three generations with two teenagers, who were awed beyond expectations. Kenan Travel picked us up at the airport, made all the travel, and lodging and meal arrangements, and their driver was also the guide for our safari wildlife viewing in the National Parks. It was a memorable trip and we greatly appreciated the services of Kenan Travel.

Masai Mara in all its beauty
We did a 3 day safari with Kenan Travels and the service was excellent. They picked us up and gave us water for all the 3 days. We stayed at Sopa Lodge and Kenan organised the packed lunches for the safaris with them. The evening, whole day and early morning safaris we did were great, we managed to see all the animals from very close thanks to our guide. They were very punctual and well organised. The only thing that could be improved is maybe a more comfortable van.

Trustworthy and highly recommendable especially for tailor made trips and constant advice
Dealt with Jane and she is hand on . She fits the safari to suit your requirements and budget . We were a family of four and has a most delightful 10 day safari starting from Nairobi , included white water rafting , headed to the Serengeti via the Maasai
Mara down to the Kilimanjaro . The ride was long but definitely worth it if you have the time as you experience the different landscapes . Jane is so helpful and was extremely satisfied with her organization .
