Absolutely Wonderful!
5/5

My wife and I just finished a 17-day Uganda safari and we couldn't be happier with how it went. The organizer, Jesse-Tom was quick to respond to our questions and always able to accommodate our requests for alterations and additions to our itinerary. We did a mid-range private safari and found the accommodations and food to be wonderful at every place we went. Our driver/guide Gerald was incredibly knowledgeable and great at spotting wildlife. With Gerald's help, we saw plenty of lions, giraffes, leopards, elephants, exotic birds, and other wildlife. We did game drives, boat trips on the Nile, night safaris, and walking safaris. One of the things that made Uganda a great choice was that most of our wildlife encounters occurred without any other vehicles around, making the experience very intimate. Of course one of the best things about visiting Uganda is the opportunity to see a wide variety of primates. On our trip, we had close encounters with gorillas, chimpanzees, and golden monkeys! It should also be mentioned that the varied landscapes and people of Uganda are also fascinating and beautiful.
If you are considering a trip to East Africa to see wildlife, I would definitely encourage you to consider Uganda as your destination of choice, and Lifetime Experience Safaris as the company to go with for a wonderful, personalized experience.

Fantastic 2 weeks thanks to Lifetime Experience Safaris!
5/5

Lifetime Experience Safaris is superb! Jesse is very responsive via e-mail and Whatsapp, very patience with all the millions questions we made and always came up with great suggestions for our itinerary.
When we were evaluating other operators we decided for Lifetime Experience Safaris because we could see how experience and knowledgeable Jesse was and we fully trusted that he would create the best plan for us :) (AND HE DID!!)

We booked an 11-day customised safari around Uganda and Sula was our driver!
There are no words to describe how important Sula was to turn this experience into something unforgettable. He is incredibly professional, an excellent driver that makes all those long drives and (sometimes) in rough roads feel super smooth. He is also genuinely a really good guy, very funny to hang out with and knows everyone and everyone knows Sula! In every park we visited he always got a park ranger to join us and that made such a big difference to our experience: we could spot all the animals and learn everything about them!

We visited Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, Murchison Falls Park, Queen Elizabeth Park, Kibale Park, Bwindi Park and Lake Mburo. We enjoyed all of them and each contributed with something special to our trip!

In planning any safari it is difficult to know who to trust. Lifetime Experience Safaris delivers. They will do their best to live up to their name. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Fantastic safari with perfect organization
5/5

In June 2023 we went on a safari with Lifetime Experience Safaris for the second time. The tour lasted 14 days and, like in 2018, was perfectly organized by Jesse-Tom. The accommodations were very well chosen. Our guide this time was Gerald, who took perfect care of us. I have seen numerous guides in the past but Gerald has surpassed them all. He was like a mother to us! We owe him an unforgettable time in Uganda. In addition to the obligatory gorilla trekking, we experienced the top five and much more. We've been to South Africa and Kenya before but Uganda tops it all. It is very pleasant that Uganda is not overrun by tourists like other African countries. Often you are alone in a wide area and have nature to yourself. The people are open and friendly and we felt safe everywhere. The variety of flora and fauna and the frequency of encounters with animals that are rarely and sporadically seen in other African countries are unsurpassed. I have to emphasize that it has been shown again how important it is to travel with the right agency. Many thanks to Jesse-Tom and Gerald from Thomas and Gabi

The best company with the best guide Sula! An Ugandan dream :)
5/5

Lifetime Experience Safaris is simply superb! Jesse was incredibly responsive via email and WhatsApp, patiently answering all the numerous questions we had. His extensive knowledge about Ugandan tourism and all his advices really helped us to plan this trip!

Our 11-day custom safari around Uganda with Sula as our guide was truly unforgettable! Sula's professionalism and excellent driving skills turned long-distance and rough road journeys into smooth and enjoyable rides. He's not only knowledgeable but also a genuinely fun and reliable person, and it seemed like he knew everyone along the way! All his connections, experience and deep knowledge about basically everything that happens in Uganda made our trip an unforgettable experience.

Due to Sula's connections and experience, we always got valuable insights from the national park rangers, that's why spotting the "Big Seven" (Big Five + Gorilla & Chimps) was no problem at all. We visited several fantastic places, including Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, Murchison Falls Park, Queen Elizabeth Park, Kibale Park, Bwindi Forest, Lake Mburo, Lake Bunyonyi - all highly recommended.

Planning a safari can be challenging, but with Lifetime Experience Safaris, it's not a big deal. They simply do their best to guarantee you get an unforgettable trip. They truly live up to their name, and I can't recommend them enough! Thank you Sula and Jesse!

10/10 recommend this company - ask for Sula as your guide!
5/5

Our guide, Sula the Catman, is truly the catman. He exceeded all our expectations in his knowledge of where and when to find wildlife and he had a lot of insight into life and culture in every region we visited. It's clear that he is very well respected in the guiding community because it felt like he knew the majority of people we came across and had a knack for making friends with his jokes. Jesse, the organizer of our trip was also incredibly accommodative and helpful. He was very willing to make adjustments to our trip and was quick to address any questions we had. I highly recommend using this company, asking for Sula, and trusting Sula's knowledge and recommendations as he guides you on what will likely be a once in a lifetime trip.

6 stars from 5 stars!
5/5

We chose 10-Day Big-7 Private Tour organised by Lifetime Experience Safaris, Uganda, Kampala for our second safari experience in Africa. We are experienced travelers but this was our absolutely best experience with organised trip ever and anywhere! Perfect! For any item we cannot say something else than five stars (if it is not possible six stars):
Communication with company manager Jesse-Tom, little changes of program according to our wishes (gorillas in NP Mgahinga instead of crowded NP Bwindi, Muhavura climb instead of rest day) by doable ways, payment, pick up and drop off in the airport, quality of accomodation and meals although we chose low budget option only (donť worry still fully meets European standards), no extrapayment and unwanted surprices...
Special comment deserves our safariguide Gerald. Absolutely qualified person for this! Friendly, with sense of humor, clever, knowledgeable wildlife and his country and its problems aswell , great tracker able to find a leopard or a lion only himself and only for us, anytime prepared to do more than only arranged programme, anytime prepared get up earlier and to fall asleep later to catch the whole programme or our other wishes out of arranged programme....Very nice person and friend!

Why safari in Uganda?
Although Africa is no longer a continent of untouched wilderness, the population in all african countries has multiplied, we still find fragments of African wilderness, especially in national parks. These national parks will exist as long as tourists are willing to pay to visit them.
If you want see big five and big savannah herds from car seat only choose Tanzania or Kenya.
If you want be more active, with walking safaris from eyes to eyes to rhinos, girrafas, zebras, anteplopes, warthogs, monkeys and big apes , if you prefer rather high biodiversity than big amount of the same species, if you want see more ecosystems than savannah like mountain tropical rain forest, or bamboo, tree heathers and afromontane alpine belt in high mountains, if you want to visit relatives - endangered gentle giants - mountain gorillas (its really worth it!) choose Uganda, and best way is probably this 10-Day Big-7 Private Tour organised by Lifetime Experience Safaris.
Don´t worry you will still see big five and quite big herds. Tomas Zatocil and family (4 persons), Czechia, European Union

Loved our Lifetime Experience Safari!
5/5

Jesse-Thomas and I were in touch for months to plan and adjust the ideal itinerary for my friend and I. Jesse was incredibly helpful and accommodated everything we wanted and removed things we didn't. We finally decided on an 8 night one way journey from Entebbe to Kigali visiting Murchison Falls, Kibale chimps, Queen Elizabeth, Bwindi gorillas, Lake Bunyonyi, Volcanoes National Park and Kigali. Everything went well and the accommodation was all very nice. Highlights were Murchison Falls NP and Bwindi gorillas. Both just completely amazing experiences. My only advice would be to not try and jam too much into too short a space of time. We were very rushed for the first half of the trip and it became exhausting and we didn't have time to enjoy relaxing at our lovely lodges. Not to mention poor Gerard, our guide, who had to drive the whole thing.
Special mention to Gerard who was a wonderful guide, very safe driver and all round great human. We learned so much from him not just about the animals and sights but about history, politics and culture. He really is a knowledgeable and lovely man and he made sure we got to do everything in the time we had.
There were no major hiccups on our journey.
One thing was that when we were there in July, at bunyonyi and volcanoes it was very hazy. We were not able to enjoy any viewpoints. Worth investing if that's normal at that time of year, maybe go another time or just skip those places if you aren't particularly interested.
The gorillas and chimps tracking is worth the expense despite the hefty price tags. Once in a lifetime stuff and we got very close to these animals. It was better than we even imagined.
Murchison Falls themselves were breathtaking. I've been to all the major falls of the world but these ones are just incredible because you get up so close to the sheer power of the falls and there's almost no fencing and no crowds. So it's a really close with nature experience that you can't get in a lot of places these days. Not to mention the Nile River cruise and the land safaris in some beautifully green landscapes.
Don't hesitate, get onto Jesse now!
