Ruben was really kind and helpful.

When we requested an offer for the Safari Trip to Kapama Ruben texted us back within a few minutes. We we’re able to confirm the booking within the same day.
He made sure we had all the information we needed.
Everything went smoothly on our Safari Trip and we had a wonderful time at the luxurious Kapama River Lodge. The food was very delicious, our safari guide made sure we got to see the big 5 and the suite we were staying was just stunning.

Our tour operator was knowledgeable, engaging, personable, and compassionate.

We lucked out and had a private safari with Tian with Sundown Safari, put together by MoAfrika tours. Tian was engaging and informative. He was clearly passionate about protecting Pilanesburg N.P. and the many amazing creatures that call it home. This care made our adventure so much better. Upon entrance into the park, we immediately saw a bull elephant! We saw many other animals including: other elephants, warthogs, kudu, hippos, baboons, impala, blue wildebeest, rhinos, terrapins, zebras, crocodiles, water buck, African striped skinks, and potentially, a jaguar. We also saw a lot of cool bird species including: gray go away, African sacred iris, cormorants, giant king fisher, yellow hornbill, Swanson spur fowl, crimson breast strike, pied king fisher, African fish eagle, black smith, greater egret, white breasted cormorant, reed cormorant, white winged widow, black heron, whistling duck, firey necked nightjar, spotted eagle owl, and more!

Throughout the journey, we discussed sustainability, as well as environmental conservation. The personal engagement, and the love for the animals really showed us a side of stewardship that we were excited to see.
