A Life Changer
5/5

The Namibian Desert Safari is a journey that you carry home with you, hold onto and use to change things in your life. It's more than riding awesome, strong , brave horses. You learn from them. Andrew, Phoebe and their team are patient, fun, and so caring. The service was the best. We ate well, laughed a lot and bedded down in comfy duvets with the Stars watching us. What more could you want?

A 350km desert safari adventure on horseback...riding all day and sleeping out under the stars
5/5

Namibia Horse Safari Company is a first class company which is run professionally. The logistics run like clockwork with a team who are responsive and knowledgeable. The equipment is well maintained and designed for the safari. Most importantly the horses are well trained for the safari and are treated with care and knowledge throughout. The safari significantly exceeded my expectations.

A truly superb bucket list experience that quietly leaves you a changed person
5/5

Brilliantly organised trip, with friendly and knowledgeable staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. Food was of an incredible standard considering we were moving every day and camping in a different part of the desert every night. Fabulous, well trained, sure footed horses who were equally well looked after. If this is your sort of thing, I could not recommend this company more highly.

An unforgettable experience riding across the Nambian desert
5/5

This was an amazing experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is fairly fit and a competent rider. The desert is a totally unique environment and riding across it on these wonderful horses is unforgettable. The team behind this safari is excellent, both the guiding and the back-up - the food was delicious and sleeping under the stars was one of my favourite things about the safari. The horses were fit, forward going and had so much stamina and heart, and the riding was lots and lots of fun. Fantastic holiday.

A facinating experience - not for the faint hearted but the achievement is well worth the effort
5/5

The staff were all friendly and approachable. Food was excellent - how such a varied menu is conjured from the kitchen wagon I'll never know. Horses in good order and well cared for. The riding was superb with many fast stretches that seemed to go on forever (especially if you are used to just cantering up a grass lane).
Overall a great experience riding the best horse I have ever ridden on any riding tour.
Thank you everyone.

Judge a man by the team he leads
5/5

Andrews's team is first class. He has put together discrete, superbly capable people and combined them into an excellent team. The horses are phenominal: fit, desert-adapted and ever so willing. The entire safari was outstanding.

This was a real challenge. It more than lived up to my expectations. It was the best ride I have ever done (and I have done quite a few)! I loved the wilderness and the desert scenery. Camping was good fun. Sleeping under the stars was a great experience! My horse was a dream to ride. The team who looked after us was excellent, hardworking, charming and efficient. I hope to return for another great adventure in Namibia!

A Ride to Remember, a Landscape to Preserve
5/5

A wonderful experience, 10 days in and across the desert, thanks to some breath-taking scenery, some remarkable leadership and logistics, assisted by some truly giving horses. The riding surpassed my expectations; so did the food! I am grateful for having had the opportunity to explore Nature in such a a raw and beautiful way.
