5-days tour in Murchison Falls National Park and Queen Elizabeth National Park
Jerome and Robert from Prime Safaris made our trip an experience we'll never forget. The trip with all its details, lunch breaks and over-night stays was planned brilliantly. We visited the Rhino Sanctuary and continued towards the Murchison Falls National Park where we stayed for two nights at the Hornbill lodge, which was a cozy accommodation with delicious food and helpful staff. Then we headed towards Queen Elizabeth National Park with a lunch break in Fort Portal. In Queen Elizabeth we stayed at the Pumba Safari Cottages which had breathtaking views over the park. The staff there was helpful as well, and the food was just as amazing as at the first place we stayed. Jerome and Robert were magnificent guides with knowledge and a great amount of hospitality.
We recommend Prime Safaris with full heart, Uganda and this trip will always stay with us in our hearts and minds.

Safari Trekking Gorilla and Chimps 6 days
We decided to make our tour in Uganda with Prime Uganda Safari's Ltd after meeting the owner, Mr Samuel at Expo 2015 Milan Italy. He was so good at describing the beauty of his country that he strengthened our desire to visit Uganda, which is also characterized by the presence of primates and the big Apes (chimpanzees and gorillas above all). When we decided to make this travel we contacted him by email and we agreed (always by email) our itinerary for a 6-day tour from 24/12/19 to 31/12/19. The organization of the tour was excellent for the agency's expertise in booking (a special thanks to Cate) and for Robert's great expertise, both as a driver and as a nature guide. They showed us the wonderful landscapes of the Ugandan West (Fort Portal), the chimpanzees (beautiful) in Kibale Forest, the magnificent and unique gorillas in the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest and the magnificent nature of Queen Elizabeth Park, the Kazinga Channel and finally the beautiful Bunyonyi Lake. Prime Uganda Safari gave us the opportunity to choose between two different hotel levels (medium range and luxury). We have chosen the solution with intermediate accommodations and we can confirm that according to the Italian standards the structures they have proposed us are fine and have everything of what an Italian tourist can expect. Cleaning of the hotels, water in closed bottles, mosquito nets, good quality food with choice and even Nutella for breakfast! Robert, our guide, has proved to be excellent both as a driver and as a nature guide. Even in the face of the inconveniences (breakage of a tyre valve) in half an hour he fixed everything. We recommend the use of this tour operator that has proved to be serious, reliable, very well organized, with an attention to our needs and our rhythms, which is rarely found with other tour operators (perhaps more quoted).Good value for money and no negative surprises. Absolutely to try!!!!

11 Days Uganda Kenya Gorilla & Wildlife Honeymoon Safari
We planned for almost 8 months this trip and Prime Safari helped our dream to come true.
Service, since the beginning, was great.
Cate would reply to us at the same time, with all the info needed, and made the difference!
The online payment system was easy ( even though scary for the first time).
Service from our guides Emma and Joseph was beyond expectation.
Van in Uganda was old, sometimes a bit uncomfortable... but after the first day we were used to the " African massage" and it all went smoothly until the end.
Emma would make sure we had fresh water and cleaned the van ( it would get muddy somedays ) every night.
Uganda has so much more to offer then gorilla trekking. After seeing all the beauty of the country and the hospitality of its people, I have to agree with Churchill its the " Pearl of Africa".
Kazinga Chanel boat cruise, Chimp trekking, Gorilla trekking, everything was planned in detail and wonderful.
Talking about Kenya, as my husband defined, game drives there are " Premium League" .
Every meter you find tons and tons of animals and to end this trip, was just the cherry of the cake.
Joseph took good care of us and he can spot animals 10000 kilometers away lol
Great service, amazing people, Prime Safari is the safari company to choose for your experience in Africa!

attention to every detail!
We did a 4 day tour (Nyiragongo volcano and Gorilla trekking)
We had just finished tow tours before this one, so we were expecting average, but we were wrong.
Cate had every detail sorted out and even a present for us.
Godfrey picked us up, awesome driver and great companion, our trip to Rwanda border was super nice and the food included was 10/10
specially at Kibumba camp.
they volcano and the gorillas are spectacular, so if you are looking to go there Prime is an awesome company, we did a midrange tour and it felt luxury to be honest.

Simply overwhelming!
I traveled to Uganda during the Covid crisis, of course feeling slightly queasy; and then it was all just overwhelming! I booked my two sections of the trip with Prime Uganda Safaris, just as I did four years ago when I first traveled to the country where there is never a boring moment.
Prime Safaris is one hundred percent recommended. They offer the most amazing trips within Uganda, whether short or long. I had a special request for the greater Kampala area, no problem, Cate can do magic. Simply send her an email, then you already feel the friendliness of the Ugandans on your screen. No money grubbing.
I had one day Entebbe and three days Mweya with Queen Elisatbeth National Park safari. Those were days I will never forget. Just like the previous speaker from Korea, I had Dennis as a tour guide. The man is a blast, a highly intelligent and always friendly guy, just like Anasjas (spelled right?) four years ago. During the game driving Dennis had 50 eyes, he always spotted the animals immediately. Lions, hippos, antelopes, elephants, buffalos and birds without end. The program included a boat trip on Lake Edward. Thank you folks from Mweya Lodge, too! A great view of the lake landscape from your own terrace.
My tip; on the way maybe a few steps through the small villages, where there is maybe no Big Ben and no Eiffel Tower, but the Ugandan everyday life with smiling people.
Thank you, Cate! Greetings to your family, we were all able to greet each other briefly in the lobby! I will come back! Thank you, Dennis, it was a pleasure to have your company!

Best tour operator with the best guides
Our 9 days tour was perfectly organized by Cate from Prime Safari. We weee for the second time in Uganda, but this time all organized activities were excellent experiences. Lodges we stayed in around the national parks had very good services. I can see an improvement compafing to 2018 when we first visoted Uganda with Prime Safari agency. I recommend everybody to visit the Pearl of Africa for an unforgetable experience!

Awesome Experience with an Excellent Company
I cannot express how happy I am with Prime Safari and our recent tour with them. Cate's friendliness and communication were the first thing to impress me. She is very organized and always quick to reply to any query. Our tour guide, Emma, was just as impressive. He is such a nice, down-to-earth person and is very professional. He was always early and waiting for us at every departure and was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. We really enjoyed our time with him. Cate organized a custom tour for us which included gorilla habituation, chimp tracking, and a drop off in Kigali. We also spent some time at the Fort Portal Crater Lakes, at the Bigodi Wetlands, and got an authentic (and very cool) coffee experience. All accommodation and food included in the tour were great and better than expected. I highly recommend this company for any tours in the region, they provide an excellent service.

FABULOUS 13 Days Uganda Rwanda Primate & Wildlife Safari (private tour)
FABULOUS! We did the 13 Days Uganda Rwanda Primate & Wildlife Safari (private tour) and it was absolutely FABULOUS! We observed lots of animals, saw much of the countryside and its people, and beautiful scenery. Our primary goal on this trip was to see the silver-back mountain gorilla – we trekked and we did see a family in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park! We also saw the Big 5 of Africa – 3 (lions, cape buffalos and elephants) were spotted at Kidepo Valley National Park, the white rhino was at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, and an elusive leopard at Murchison Falls National Park. We also saw many other animals on the various safaris and activities – giraffe, deer, antelope, zebras, crocodile, hippos, hyenas, warthogs, and much, much more! Notably, we also trekked to see the golden monkeys (endemic and endangered) – awesome!
Thank you, Cate for organizing such a terrific itinerary. This trip was planned and delayed over a three-year period, and finally came to fruition once covid restrictions were lifted. Cate was so professional and very responsive during this timeframe. The trip was absolutely worth the wait.
And we can’t thank our tour guide/driver, Denis, for being such a great guide! He’s the best of the best and knew everything about everything!
Highly, highly recommend this 13-day itinerary!!!!! We have such fond, fond memories of our time in wonderful Uganda and Rwanda! Thank you, Prime Safaris and Tours, especially “sister” Cate!

Prime Safari is reliable and Cate is the best
Our family of 5 did a 11 days safari in Uganda that included Jinja, Murchison Falls, QENP, Kisoro, Lake Bunyoni.
Cate of Prime Safari handled our reservations. She is very professional, efficient, responded fast with clarity and provided us with a fully serviced van with driver guide Emma ( WhatsApp +256 782 545731). While her price was slightly higher, the services and reliability is superb. I strongly recommend Prime Safaris and Cate and Emma. Our family had a pleasant time and memorial Safari. Thank you Cate and Emma
