Great safari tour!!
5/5

We got a great 8-day tour, visited THE parks and saw all the big 5. It was carefully planned and well thought through. The entire family was very pleased with the skilled safari guide and we then chilled nicely on Zanzibar to round it up. A trip that will be remembered!

Awesome guide, spotted animals way in distance. Good English & great explanations of habitat.
5/5

Website is a bit vague. Did not really know what to expect. Was a bit surprised at how rugged the experience was in the Serengeti. Very long and demanding days. Guide was great. He spotted animals that other guides missed. The Tulip hotel was just ok in Arusha. The second hotel would have been awesome to stay in for the whole trip, but it was too far from the "action". The tented camp was really good and the final hotel was superb. A really nice place to relax after a week of seeing the Big 5 +++.

5/5

I have always wanted to experience the wildlife of africa. Too much to choose from zambia to south africa, kenya etc . Never really knew much about tanzania !! Until i visited them in the world travel market in excel london during 2012.
There packages were very reasonable very suprised compared to other safari tour operators so wasnt expecting much. Booked a safari for january 2013 with few friends since it was good price.
Stayed for 7 nights and god i was glad to book it ..
The staff was amazing and helpful, very clear spoken and professional.
They catered to our every needs , visited the best spots in the safari parks.
If there was 10 stars i would have given them. After that trip i came back to london and had to rebook my trip the next year with my fiancee. It was amazing second time round as i also got a good price since i am a returned customer.
Highly recommended.

Great Northern Circuit and Mt. Meru trek with Safaricare
5/5

We did a 5 day camping safari through Tarangire, Ngorongoro and the Serengeti followed by a four day Mt. Meru trek organized by Safari Care, and both were fantastic. For the safari our guide Wilson was a good driver, extremely knowledgeable, and great at spotting wildlife. Our cook, Moshi, made us some great Tanzania food out in the bush. Both were lovely, and we managed to see every animal on our list across the 5 days, and I've been annoying jealous colleagues with constant stories since we got back.
The Mt. Meru trek came after. There was some confusion about our packing list and what was carried by porters that put a bit of stress on at this point, but once we got going it was smooth sailing. For the weaker hikers in our group (me), our guide Sauly was an absolute lifesaver, there's no way I would have made it without him. We all successfully summited before dawn on the last day with his help - the mountain itself is spectacular, and although it pushed me to my absolute limit, I'd strongly recommend it. Now looking for another mountain to climb!
Only complaints could be that we were surprised by the number of porters (and thus the tipping) we took, some of the gear we needed (that led to a last minute rental), and that the packed lunches and breakfasts got a bit repetitive by the end of 9 days (though dinners remained diverse and delicious). These were small things though, and although we did budget safari we didn't have a budget experience. We had a fabulous time with Safari Care, easily one of the coolest things I've ever done, and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a safari experience.

The Right people at the Right place
5/5

Safari Care has organized us an incredible trip! The staff were kind, professional and charming. They were easy to communicate with and chose the best accommodation in a breathtaking lodge. Our tour guide was very professional with a vast knowledge of the natural and wildlife habitat. We really appreciate Safari Care for the unforgettable experience and will definitely recommend them to everyone who wants to explore and enjoy Tanzania the way its supposed to be. Thumbs up!

A lilac-breated roller stole our breath in the Serengeti
5/5

We are eternally grateful to Safari Care, specifically Wilson and Kamal, for introducing us to the beauty of Northern Tanzania. They were so professional. They immediately responded to our queries with suggestions for a range of tours and accommodations. Kamal organized very comfortable stays. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the KatiKati tents and Tloma Lodge. Wilson met us when we landed in Arusha. Everyday thereafter, Wilson was ready to take us on our next adventure bright and early. We could not have had a better-informed nor a more patient guide. He fielded our endless questions about culture, politics, wildlife and habitat. He shared his insight for moments well worth waiting and hidden treasures around bends. We felt like our childhood dreams were coming to life before our eyes. We wish we could go back more often.
