Excellent, just like previous experiences
Gathering initial requirements and building a plan around the thought was very good. Quickly came to agreement and booked. Hints and recommendations made were greatly appreciated.
The safari itself was amazing and all the organisation went according to plan. The attention to detail on the transfers was very good.
All in all and excellent booking process, safari and experience.

An excellent tour operator
From the beginning, Safari Club were fast and efficient to reply to all correspondence. There personal service was excellent. They tailored our requirements very well and made the whole booking experience very simple and stress free. Their support team in Kenya were also very attentive and professional. I would have no hesitation in using them for future holidays and recommending them to others.

Seamlessly organised, fantastic trip from start to finish, couldn't fault a thing
From first contact with Paul at Safari Club (SC) I was impressed by his knowledge, recommendations and the standard of the information he sent through about every destination and particularly each choice of accommodation. He found us an incredible deal and the booking process was very quick and painless. By the time we left the UK we were thoroughly prepared for everything ahead of us thanks to the team at SC.
As soon as we were on the ground in Kenya the organisation was seamless and seemingly a lot better than anyone else landing in Nairobi received. We were met at passport control by a representative, taken straight through baggage collection while everyone else queued for the scanner and were in our transfer to the hotel within 15 minutes of getting off the plane. The overnight hotel before flying to the Masai Mara was very nice, the transfers all arrived on time and the drivers were very engaging, helpful and friendly.
The Safari experience itself was great. The standard of accommodation was top class and the guides and staff were all excellent. We saw the big 5 within 4 drives and many other amazing sights we could only have dreamt of seeing. I'm told from more experienced safari goers that we were very lucky! I know it's low-season but I would recommend visiting in November as the reserves were very quiet and the weather was perfect, hot in the day, warm at night with the odd isolated rain shower.
I would not hesitate to recommend Safari Club to anyone thinking of going on safari. As a first-timer looking to go at a less popular time of year it was particularly useful to speak to Paul about the different advantages of each country/area and then the different types of accommodation once we'd chosen that. The logistics of getting you to your final destination must be very challenging given the various car and plane transfers involved but we did not have even the slightest hiccup which I was very impressed with (and pleased about).

Our third trip with Safari Club. All fantastic, individually tailored just for us. Magical Africa.
Our experience with Safari Club has been exceptional. All our trips have exceeded our expectations, They listened to our requests, kept us up to date with plans. The tour went very smoothly, always someone there to meet you with a smile. I would not hesitate to use Safari Club again for any African holiday. The whole family next time?!!! They will not be the cheapest but they will certainly be the best, so value for money.

Attention to detail and requirements made the holiday perfect
Paul and Ellie were great. Friendly service, good value for money and met expectations. There is a large amount of luck with wildlife when on Safari but we had expert guides who understood animal behaviour and as a result we saw the big 5 and took some fantastic pictures. Our usual lodge was fully booked but Paul and Ellie got us upgraded for no extra cost. Although Il Moran in the Mara was a Beautiful lodge it lacked the vista of Little Governors camp which is our favourite camp by far. The agents both in Kenya and Zanzibar were courteous and helpful. As this was not our first visit to either we knew what to expect and it was superbly organised. Thank you Paul and Ellie. Please can we start planning next year

Amazing experience
Thank you both so much for arranging our trip, everything went very smoothly and all as planned, not one problem at all.
The safari at Spekes Camp was just out of this world! The guides were just brilliant, we saw everything and I mean everything! Including cheetah, leopard, black rhino, elephants, many lions, the list goes on! We were lucky enough to see the migration and saw zebra crossing the Mara river trying to get past 11 crocodiles and 7 lions!
It really was very special to see and as for Spekes Camp well we can not wait to go back!
We renewed our new vows in Zanzibar which was amazing the staff went above and beyond what we expected, I was walked to the ceremony with dancing and drums....slightly embarrassed but really was a great traditional service.
We would 100% recommend Safari Club services, in fact I have already given someone their details and we will be booking again!
Thanks to Ellie and Paul at Safari Club for organising the most amazing experience we have had to date, excellent service.

Made a complex booking very easy no hassle or stress.
Communications with Safari Club were excellent- both prompt and helpful responses to all our queries and concerns. We were given lots of help on choices of flights and camps, and having spoken to Paul about what we were looking for within our budget he came up with a perfect holiday plan for our group of 7 people- 5 in their 20's and 2 in their 50's.
Travel and clothing suggestions were given to us which we all found extremely useful as this was our first safari.
Our holiday met and surpassed some of our expectations, the tourguides and camps were excellent and we had the most wonderful expererience which we will treasure for many years.

Perfectly Planned Nambian Flying Safari
Not having travelled to Africa before, we felt in need of some expert help to plan a holiday of a lifetime to Namibia - a country we both felt drawn to for its wildlife, wilderness and wonderful scenery. Internet searches rendered several specialist companies, with our attention captured by the concept of a 'flying safari' offered by Safari Club. Given the scale of Namibia, we both felt that minimising the travel time between differing areas would maximise our safari experience - this proved to be right with the low altitude flights becoming an enjoyable part of our holiday experience. All our Wilderness Airways internal flights were on time with only one unavoidable diversion due to sea fog - even this was managed seamlessly with a slightly longer, ground transfer offering a 'silver lining' expereince of taking us through a lunar landscape park. Our first camp was Kulala Dessert Lodge with excellent access to Sossusvlei - we learnt so much from our guide Richard about life and survival in the dessert; native plants, birds etc. and of course, those magnificent dunes we also experienced from a stunning dawn hot air balloon flight on our final day. We then moved onto Walvis Bay which received something like 3 years of rainfall in 36 hours - all our planned excursions went ahead - fortunately we were fully prepared in the clothing department due to excellent clothing list provided Paul and Ellie Dunhill at Safari Club. We journeyed on to Dessert Rhino Camp in Damaraland hoping to track and see Black Rhino and much, much more. Thanks to our guide Lloyd and the Rhino Trust trackers we were not disappointed, also taking in a Cheetah kill on the return journey with many other wildlife sightings. We then flew on to Ongava Tented Camp - during the short drive from the airstrip we encountered a pride of Lions lazing in the shade of the bush. In fact, despite being warned by regular safari friends not to expect many big cat sightings in Namibia, we saw 20 Lions in 24 hours and spent a magical 20 minutes in the safari jeep sitting in the middle of a pride of Lions shortly before sunset. Other sightings included White Rhino and many deer and antelope species. Our final camp was supposed to be Okonjima Luxury Bush Camp - home of the Cheetah and Leopard charity 'Africat'. We could not believe our good fortune when, as Safari Club clients, we were upgraded to stay at the 'The Villa - the charity’s stunning 4 suite property, with an infinity swimming pool overlooking a large waterhole. The property is well staffed including a welcoming host and a private cook. Again, the guiding was excellent, and we saw an abundance of wildlife including Cheetahs, Leopards crowned by three rare Honey Badger sightings within 20 minutes of each other. A very cute, human fist sized Pearl Spotted Owl kept vigil over our stay from a tree in the Lodge and grounds and evening diners included a pair of visiting Porcupines. Our species list holds over 100 records and the 2000 digital images will take a little time to sort through. Sincere thanks to both Paul and Ellie Dunhill at Safari Club - your expertise resulted in a non-stop, fantastic holiday experience. We will be back for more!

Safari club make it happen but also listen to what the customer wants.
We have used Safari Club to arrange the last four safari's we have done. Paul and Ellie take the initial idea from us then put together a bespoke itinerary which then is sent to us. If there are any parts that are not what we are looking for they look at alternatives after finding out from us which part we do not like. Safari Club set out to deliver the dream that you have and come pretty close to exceeding it throughout the trip. The communications and service are always first rate, detailed information is sent out as part of the planning and confirmed after the booking. They also visit and check the camps that they recommend so the first hand knowledge they have enables them to deliver the best results. The safari we have just done to South Africa involved seven different locations around the country using both air and road transport all of which were well planned and executed.
